Handle more than one keyword in Activities
In Activities, it would be nice if entries like this would be handled:

School-wide editable standards/competencies
Editable Competencies (Standards): We'd like to use something like standards, just something that's unique to our classroom/school and editable. Just like standards, it should be connectable with our lesson set. The use case: at the end of the semester, we hand out a "competencies report" to our pupils, written in language that makes sense to our students (e.g. "I can subtract numbers in the range 1-20"). they keep the same report for all of lower elementary, and we add "presented/practiced/mastered" marks at the end of each semester. Form notifications
We would love to have different school-wide forms send notifications to different staff members, instead of all school forms sending notifications to one email address. ie. incident reports should notify the school nurse, our field trip forms should notify the administrator who needs them...

Drop-down Conference Report Option (staff edit only)
On Conference Reports, the skills table would be easier to fill out if a drop-down option was available. The goal would be that the designer of the form would create drop-down options that would be "staff edit only" to be used during the process of filling out conference reports. This would allow faculty to fill reports quickly without the use of abbreviations and eliminating the possibility of typos.

A page, or a field for Staff to input their professional development hours through their profiles, and a way for Admin to keep track of everyone's hours.

Is there any way to add required/not required checkboxes for other form fields, like tables and Emergency Contacts? I love how I can toggle this feature for other things like signatures and names, and would like to be able to do it for other fields.

ease of recording on bubble chart
When entering info into the progress circles, (child>progress), you should be able to click it once for P, twice for W and thrice for M and so on. in addition to the drop down or in place of it. reminiscent of Montessori Compass and those P/W/M triangle things

Announcements search funtion
It would be so helpful, if there was a search function in the TC announcements. For Example, we made an announcement about admissions last year, it would be great to be able to search "admissions announcement" and get a compilation of them to choose from. It is quite time consuming to scroll back 3 announcements at a time to find what we are looking for. Thank you for considering!

I would like to see a feature where we have a file of past announcements that we can use as templates of instead of searching through the home page.

Merge duplicate children
There should be an easy way to merge a child's information if they already exist in the system. This is helpful for children that have left and return or when office administrator accidentally create the child using the tour request form rather than the application that has relevant information.

It would be great if conference reports can be "locked" at some point so they cannot be overwritten by mistake.

Add end dates for multiple reporting cycles in a session
Please add a date feature for Admin to set the end semesters/quarters/etc. dates that will auto populate on Conference Reports and set attendance values. Of course dates should still be editable if needed, but when reports are being generated the end date of the reporting cycle would nice to have set.

Sign In Sign Out of Classes Timestamp Button
Please help us with the timestamped internal sign in & sign out of our children from specialty classes (Acro, Violin, Tap, Art, Musical Theatre, French) where our parents will not be notified that their child has been picked up every time the child leaves a specialty class.
We have been instructed by the Ministry that children moving to another room during the day need to be signed in and signed out with timestamps for CCEYA compliance.
