Siblings or Oldest/Youngest Child in a Family Report
We would love to be able to pull a Siblings report, or Oldest/Youngest Child in a Family report. This would be super helpful as we send out communications (such as a Volunteer Hour Tracking form) that covers all students in the family, not just one. This would help streamline and ensure that we are not receiving more responses than required, and also help for tracking purposes. In my previous school, siblings were grouped by a common parent phone number. I hope this is a feature that can be added in the near future. Thank you!

Video capability
Hello, We have been using Transparent for many years when we survey the parents they are not impressed because there is no video capability and at times messages do not reach them.

Enrollment Confirmation
I want to use a form to confirm a student schedule and tuition so parents can look anytime. We have a summer session and the next school year to confirm. This would be like a registration form but a confirmation of the enrollment agreement.

Weekly Activity Summery
It would be helpful to be able to filter the Activity Page by week. A similar layout as the "By Day" lesson planning page, but for activities already completed. Even better would be if it could be further filtered by subject.

Billing for parents
Hello,
Your platform is brilliant, we were wondering if you had plans to introduce billing feature for parents as in fees to also be payable in the platform. Messaging parents: We still have to keep brightwheel, because we need a good messaging system with the parents. It is great to be able to message a parent, and have the teacher, assistant, and admin all be able to see the message and answer.

Total Attendance under the Headcount tab
We have many programs that take attendance throughout the day. Is there a feature or could there be one in the future that gives the TOTAL headcount at the top or bottom of the page, not just headcount per room. Thanks

Conference reports
I would like to know if your software has been approved for Pennsylvanis DHS service reports? This is an ongoing issue that we are having and it is suggested the the vendor (transparentClassroom) have the conference report reviewed and approved?

Add a See Previous Grade in Progress
Hi! I have been using Transparent Classroom for five terms now and my suggestion is related to the Progress and Plan part. Is it possible to have a check box on the side saying "See Previous Grade" so it is not confusing whether we have added a recent grade or not? You can keep it blank and then show us the previous grade (in black and white) so that we can see if we have added this term's grade or not. Thank you!

Meeting Notes Efficiency
Hello,
Our school uses transparent classroom for our worklists every week and there are a couple small changes that would drastically improve how much time it takes to do this four our teachers.
1. If you could have an option to print all meeting notes or a report that we could download and then print that would have every child's meeting notes with their lessons on separate pages. Right now, our teachers have to go to children>'child'>meeting notes and then 'switch child' 30 times to individually print every worklist. It would be so much quicker to have a 'print all'…4 votes -
