  2. I would love to be able to email all the folks in the application page according to application type- When I have an open spot, clicking on the applications like I would in the parent directory, then sending all "waitlisted" Primary classroom parents an email that we have an opening.

  3. It would be helpful if, when creating forms, we could put multiple items on the same line if there is room, Like a name and date. Some forms are more than two pages because of just one short item on each line. Thank you

  4. I would REALLY love to be able to take attendance on the Transparent Classroom app for the iPad. Maybe this is already a feature and I don't know about it? Either way, it would be SO helpful! Thank you!

  6. It would be so nice if you guys would make the app more useful. My clients are always complaining that the app is useless, and that they would really like to be able to do distance drop off from the app.

  8. I would love to be able to choose a whole "Group" of lessons when assigning lessons to standards. In Montessori, when meeting a broad standard such as "explores objects with hands" literally every lesson we do meets that category. When I imagine this feature, it would work like moving a document in google docs. I could click "Language" or see "Language --->Nomenclature Objects" and click the subset. I hope that makes sense!

  11. My groups look different for different subjects. I know I can arrange names of children on the top of Progress and Plan. Could it be possible to arrange them differently for each subject in Progress in Plan? For example, I could arrange them by grade on ART and every time I pull ART, they will be in that order, but then when I pull Geometry, I arrange them based on skillset and every time I pull Geometry they remain in order based on skillset even if it is different from the order for ART.

  12. I would like to have the option to use Progress and Plan while affecting specific dates. Currently, I submit my lessons on a weekly basis (on Fridays-sometimes Sundays based on availability). So, when I go to Progress and Plan to say which lessons I delivered, it all comes up as me delivering those lessons on the FRIDAY even if I delivered them on Monday. I would like to go to Progress and Plan, select a date once I am in the desired subject, and affect that subject only on that date. Currently, I have to go back to Activity and…

  14. when writing Locked (so parents cannot see) observations and entering other staff names it would be SUPER helpful if the staff member that was tagged got a notification or email of the tag.

  17. Is there a place to write notes from a parent conference? I would like to have a place separate from the observations and progress reports to document our meetings with parents. I don't want to scroll through all my observations to find specific conference notes or edit the progress report after it's been published to the parents. I also want to be able to keep it private from the parents if I need to.
