Dear Developer

My name is Marcelo, I am a client of Transparente da Escola Eu Adoto Montessori in Brazil. We are very satisfied with the software. In that sense, I would have a suggestion. We have a practice that every semester we send to the families a psychomotor assessment form to be filled by them. It contains a list of items saying if the child is developing or has already acquired skills such as if she can dress by herself or puff her cheeks. The list is extensive by different age groups. Two reasons justify this practice, the first is that the evaluation helps the family to become an observer of the child development and second, as the family acquires a greater awareness, it ends up becoming more participatory together with the school assuming its responsibility for the child's development.

Thus, my suggestion is that the "skills table" icon found in the "design conference report" be added to the DESIGN FORM (https://dhabtygr2920s.cloudfront.net/webpack/images/widgets/SkillsTable-78ea64c65d9d0e8e45fe68ff087a2d77 .png). Even better if all the inputus of "conference report" are present in "forms".

If it is implemented I would like to be notified to start using the improvement.
