Have different controls for visible to other staff and visible to parents for Activity notes
Two levels of privacy for posts (both because they are needed, but also because current is unclear):
1. Visible / Not Visible to other staff. This should be marked as visible by default.
2. Visible / Not Visible to parents. This should be marked as not visible by default.
This will allow the use of activity notes to really record anecdotal and running observations, which are a fundamental part of classroom tracking, and something teachers might otherwise need to do on paper (especially interns who need to present these notes to their supervisors)1 vote -
Be able to obtain all activity for a given period of time, ideally as report
Have the ability to filter all notes, tags, photos, lessons, etc for a given period of time (weekly, bi weekly, monthly, etc), with the possibility to filter by child. Ideally this would generate some sort of report - these can be used for parent reports, but also teacher retrospectives and reflections (weekly, monthly, etc).

Pronouns vs. Sex
Rather than "Sex" in the student profile, could the category be "Preferred pronouns"? And/or have Non-binary as an option, rather than "Other."

Refused Lessons
Can you make the color boxes changeable? Or at least make one of them. I would like a box to click to record when a child refuses to come to a lesson. I want to be able to see how many times accumulated they don't come.

Move save button
Can you put the blue save button on the Progress and Plan page in the upper left corner? I never see it and always try to leave without saving. It is usually hiding behind a little icon over in the bottom right.

Sometimes parents forget to sign their signature at drop-off and pick up. I'd be nice if they were able to go back in time and correct it.

Full Daily Access On App
Daily updates to be seen on the app also rather than just the web browser. The app only lets the parents see the pictures, it can be easier to just be able to access all the information needed.

Customization of downloadable fields from our emergency forms "place of employment", etc.
It would be great to be able to customize the fields that are downloadable from our childrens' emergency forms. For instance, we'd like to be able to generate a spreadsheet showing parents' place of employment / job title / occupation, etc.

Intelligent Photo search, or place detection, or something to make photo search easier. Example: search a color "red" or an item "playground" or a work "pink tower".

Assigning time and teacher to lessons in Lesson Plan (By Day)
I miss more features in Lesson Plan (By Day). It would be great if you could add the possibility of assigning each lesson to a specific time and teacher. In that way, my team would have everything we need to plan for the upcoming week. Let’s say I planned all my lessons and my colleague wanted to plan his. If he tried to add a lesson at the same time as one of mine and a child were planned to be part of both lessons, we would get an error-message.

Add date range to Child Lessons by Area report
In the report "Child Lessons by Area" you should be able to query for specific dates. The current report only provides the last month. This report is only partially helpful. I need to see longer periods of time.

Assigning a classroom teacher to an accident report in the event that another adult submits the report
We have created a behavior/accident report that we can assign to a child and the parent electronically views it and signs it. Is there a way to assign a teacher to also receive the alert. In the event that an incident happens at recess and another adult fills out the accident report the classroom teacher may not be aware of what happened. It would be super helpful if more than one internal person gets the alert that a report was sent home.

lesson names need to include key words for materials
Naming lessons!
Often, the name of a material is ONLY in the group, then the lesson name is "introduction." or "introduction to a timeline." This makes it VERY difficult to search for lessons in planning or tagging. Now that any lessons created by you are uneditable, there's no way to fix that.1 vote -
Update of conference report
Hello, I would like to request the option that children information from the precedent year can automatically be updated to the new year because in order to track the Childs evolution you can use the previous template to use the coressponding and work around it. It also helps that it makes less work for the teachers.
