Have different controls for visible to other staff and visible to parents for Activity notes
Two levels of privacy for posts (both because they are needed, but also because current is unclear):
1. Visible / Not Visible to other staff. This should be marked as visible by default.
2. Visible / Not Visible to parents. This should be marked as not visible by default.
This will allow the use of activity notes to really record anecdotal and running observations, which are a fundamental part of classroom tracking, and something teachers might otherwise need to do on paper (especially interns who need to present these notes to their supervisors)
