  1. Option to add photo for Admin created forms

    Out school would really benefit from the option to add/upload photos onto forms. We used to be able to do that in our Ouch Reports, however, the option has now been removed. Please make this available as it is a highly valuable tool for Admin when creating a form.

    Add a Notes section on Staff profile (like you have on a student profile).
