misc. form upload
A miscellaneous tab in child's file that can be private (hidden from parents unless allowed) to upload any document needed in file - state forms for childcare, vision screening request, medication notification, physical reports that would not require a form to be assigned to parent for completion.

Program Field added to a child's profile
Please add the "program" field to the child's profile page. I'd like to be able to identify a child as a "Morning" or "Partial day" Primary student or as an "Extended Day" or "Full day" Primary student.

I can't edit any weekly lesson plan. Is there possible that you could add feature that we can make weekly plan so we can see when ( which day of weeks )does each child receive math, language lesson.

Free writing space
Please design a place we could write down lesson plan on our own words instead of only choosing items set up by the software. We can also have spot to record each child’s progress with our own words.

A more customizable applications process:
1. User-determined application status.

Announcement sorting function
Create a sorting function for Announcements by classroom.
This would make it easier for parents with multiple kids to find something.You need to scroll forever if you have 3 kids at the school and looking for an announcement the primary classroom teacher made beginning of the year about a sign up etc.

Customize email notifications for specific forms
Seperate forms out in the notification section so that you can chose that a specific form goes to a specific person versus all forms going to one person.

Parent teacher conference sign up
It would be great if parents could sign up for parents teacher conference via Transparent classroom. School can schedule possible slots and parents can see available one and sign up to the meeting.

conference report for children's house
Suggested Care of Self, Physical Development, Work habits and social emotional development can also be choices to show on parent conference form. When the teacher checks them, then it will show up. Some questions such as as demonstrate fine motor control . demonstrate gross motor control are really hard to answer unless the TC provide the way to measure or definition if the child is master or not.

Activity/Observation automatic privacy toggle
Automatic toggle off/on for observation notes' privacy (shared or not) based on your default settings. So even if you make one note shared, the next one is automatically back to private to avoid you accidentally publishing a whole lot of private observations.
