Announcement sorting function
Create a sorting function for Announcements by classroom.
This would make it easier for parents with multiple kids to find something.You need to scroll forever if you have 3 kids at the school and looking for an announcement the primary classroom teacher made beginning of the year about a sign up etc.

Seperate forms out in the notification section so that you can chose that a specific form goes to a specific person versus all forms going to one person.

Parent teacher conference sign up
It would be great if parents could sign up for parents teacher conference via Transparent classroom. School can schedule possible slots and parents can see available one and sign up to the meeting.

conference report for children's house
Suggested Care of Self, Physical Development, Work habits and social emotional development can also be choices to show on parent conference form. When the teacher checks them, then it will show up. Some questions such as as demonstrate fine motor control . demonstrate gross motor control are really hard to answer unless the TC provide the way to measure or definition if the child is master or not.

Activity/Observation automatic privacy toggle
Automatic toggle off/on for observation notes' privacy (shared or not) based on your default settings. So even if you make one note shared, the next one is automatically back to private to avoid you accidentally publishing a whole lot of private observations.

Daily tracking on parent app
Add daily tracking section on parent app so parents can see things as it's being updated throughout the day instead of just in an email in the evening.

Conference Report - Cummulative Comments
Add a widget in Conference Reports that allows you to automatically copy comments from one conference report to another (similar to the skills table). This will help in cummulative tracking throughout the school year quarter to quarter.

Where is “Attendance”? I used to keep attendance on TC. I am using my phone at the moment. We are conducting our pandemic classroom outdoors and I am using data. I cannot find the attendance. Thank you.

Restricting Parent Access but be able to use forms
More restricted parent access. We would like to be able to turn a feature on that allows us to turn off parent access to the internal records in TC. We would like to be able to use the forms feature to send and receive permission forms and update personal information without allowing access to the rest of the TC data.

I was unable to find a link to this forum in the help section. It appears briefly when posting a suggestion from the help menu, and disappears after 1 second. :-) I am sure it is there, but I cannot see it.

Create a glossary
Create a glossary for such things as "Portfolio", "Conference Report", "Sessions". The nomenclature used in this app can be quite confusing and having a glossary will help normalize understanding.

Add task-level help. Articles are not required.
Please add Task Help to help with specific tasks. For example, topics must start with "How do I" followed by "add a child's profile photo", "use Portfolio", "design a form". and so on.
