Can we use voice dictation to take children's daily tracking and observation notes in TC? Daily tracking with diapering and Toileting will be beneficial , so the iPad is not taken inside the bathroom.

accident report; if a child gets injured we could send a report to the family stating the nature of the injury and action taken.

Annual Plans
We love the planning tools available on TC. They allow us to plan, yet allowing for flexibility so we can follow each child.
In a similar context, our teachers also prepare an annual plan, which serves as a guide to ensure that we are covering a wide variety of concepts across the year. This also allows us to plan for concepts keeping in mind the outside world - work of water during the monsoons, for example. As is with weekly plans, this serves as a guide, and we are always flexible.
What goes in the annual plan, is chapter names…

Link attachment file within Article
I have been trying to link to an attached pdf in our Welcome Employees Article. However, I cannot unless the pdf is saved as an unlisted folder. It would be really helpful to redirect a file that is within the article. I sent an email and they said it is not an option but to suggested it as a feathure. I am not a huge fan of the unlisted files because it is a dumping ground for all files and just makes things cluttered. Linking a file that is already "attached" in the article would a huge improvement.

The profile picture in the report
The profile picture in the report doesn't remain fixed when the profile changes. I'm always disappointed to see that my conference report, written three years ago, now shows the current profile picture instead of the one from back then.

Progress and plan printed page with header titles
We would like to print the Progress and Plan report, by class. It shows all students and lessons, but when going over multiple pages the student names are not printed - there is no title carry over. please can the header/titles be repeated on each page.

Siblings or Oldest/Youngest Child in a Family Report
We would love to be able to pull a Siblings report, or Oldest/Youngest Child in a Family report. This would be super helpful as we send out communications (such as a Volunteer Hour Tracking form) that covers all students in the family, not just one. This would help streamline and ensure that we are not receiving more responses than required, and also help for tracking purposes. In my previous school, siblings were grouped by a common parent phone number. I hope this is a feature that can be added in the near future. Thank you!

Video capability
Hello, We have been using Transparent for many years when we survey the parents they are not impressed because there is no video capability and at times messages do not reach them.
