Formatting within Announcements would help us look professional, and when allowed with texted pasted into Messages, save time.

Currently when pasting text into the Message box for an announcement, all the formatting is dropped. This means going through the document to reset all the paragraphs. Resetting headings to help navigate has not been possible however, as Bold and Italics seem to be turned off.

When the paragraphing has been reset, it does not consistently translate once sent. I have had announcements go out with lines added to show headings, that have then been dropped.

Please consider both the extra work this is requiring, and that it affects how professional schools appear to their community.

We REALLY would like to be able to format announcements.
