Pipeline CRM
Do you think that Transparent Classroom would ever incorporate a pipeline CRM system that would include custom automations and email sequences for admin?

kindergarten page
would it be possible to create a page for kindergarteners because there are binders from different casa classroom and it would be easier when need to make an announcement . I don't seemed to be able to tag other kids from other classrooms.

Photo Permissions in Child's Profile
I would like to suggest that TC add a field for Photo Permissions that is able to be seen in the child's profile. Some of our families have strong values around their child's image being shared on our website, in printed materials, etc. but are okay with it on our private classroom pages. It would be helpful for that information to be easily accessible and viewable.

Schedule Send Announcement
Hello Transparent Classroom Team,
I’d like to suggest a feature that would be very helpful for administrators — the ability to schedule a note or announcement to be sent at a later time or date.
This would allow admins to prepare messages in advance (for example, reminders, upcoming events, or classroom updates) and have them automatically delivered at a scheduled time. It would be especially useful for managing communication flow and ensuring timely parent engagement, without needing to log in and send messages manually.

Summary of how the whole school is doing in terms of progress per year level and in different subject area. Are the children meeting the national standards?

Access Tiers
Access limits: There are some staff at a school that only need access to photos and attendance, but not lesson planning, enrollment forms, etc. Can there be an easy way to limit access for certain staff members? Ex: Staff Level 1 only have access to attendance and photos, Staff Level 2 have access to the full student profile

Upload batches of individual reports into Google Drive
I would love to be able to upload conference reports and other data directly into a cloud drive, specifically Google Drive.
It would be even better if we could download multiple selected or all conference reports as a batch of individual files, rather than downloading/uploading each separately

Different profiles and assignments
Hi!
We have several interns and teachers in training at our school, and we would like them to use Transparent Classroom.
However, they should only be able to fill in information and observations, not edit or change the curriculum.
Is it possible to assign different permission levels or roles to users, restricting curriculum editing to administrators only?

All categories of attendance listed on attendance home screen
On the attendance home page, include not just "Present" and "Absent" but also include who "Left Early" who was "Tardy." This way it's a "one stop shop."

teacher time sheet/logs
While we have students covered with many functions, not sure why teachers are not allowed to log their time daily? The students attendance can be deployed using the same concept and approach (each teacher has sign-in/sign-out time), while reporting can be only conducted by the admin (business owner). That could be the teachers' time sheets. With a little control not to allow the teacher to make any change once the data is entered.
Of course, every teacher can only be allowed to enter his/her own time sheet.

Teacher photograph folder
We enjoy taking pictures of field trips and group work etc but worried about privacy , we only post photos of individuals for their families to see. The suggestion is: a place for teachers to store photos that are not shared with parents but can be organised by event.

overview of the week now and in future books days/half days
overview of the week: we would love to see the whole week how kids are registered now and in future (if waiting list request). so seeing in a excel every weekday if a child is here morning, lunch and/or afternoon. so for each day 3 layers. in this way so see/calculate how many kids you have mornings, for luch and afternoons now and in future for every month a new sheet. the same with the attendace report in the end of the month if a child was attending or not or even additional and not expected, so additional costs need…
