  1. Narrative comments

    Can you please fix it so that comments in the narrative section from the fall report in Children's House can show up when we do the spring reports - this way everything shows up on the second report. Then the parent doesn't need to go digging to find the old report to do a comparison. Also, for the teacher it will only require to make comments to update from the first report that was sent and eliminates us from having to repeat some things that were written the first time.

    Is there a way that the a certain form - such as exit survey is shared only between the school administration and parents but not visible to class teachers.

  7. A way for parents to report absences in TC portal

    It would be awesome if TC had a way for parents to report absences through the TC portal. Right now we use a different way to track, then we have to enter the absences into TC and also inform the teachers because there is not a way to notify the teacher besides them constantly checking the attendance page.

    Bulk mark attendance for holidays. Be able to set up which days in the calendar are holidays ahead of time so I don't have to manually click each student for the week of spring break, for example.

    We have many programs that take attendance throughout the day. Is there a feature or could there be one in the future that gives the TOTAL headcount at the top or bottom of the page, not just headcount per room. Thanks

  13. Auto save for conference reports

    Please provide auto save for Conference Reports! The ‘save” button is all the way at the end of the report, so if I forget to go all the way to end after each section, there is a possibility of losing the work if anything goes haywire with the device, If I want to switch between children’s reports and forget to go to the end to save, then I lose my work. While auto save is the dream, the next best thing would be a save button after each narrative section.

  17. Add a See Previous Grade in Progress

    Hi! I have been using Transparent Classroom for five terms now and my suggestion is related to the Progress and Plan part. Is it possible to have a check box on the side saying "See Previous Grade" so it is not confusing whether we have added a recent grade or not? You can keep it blank and then show us the previous grade (in black and white) so that we can see if we have added this term's grade or not. Thank you!
