Birthdays
I would like to see a birth year or child turns x at the classroom birthday calendar. If you could switch the view between pictures or spreadsheet and have an export button that would be also helpful.

can we hide the parent directory from teachers view? We do not like our teachers having access to parent contact information.

Add Option to EDIT Application Date
We would like to be able to manually enter older applications into the wait pool and sort them by submission date. Currently there is no way to edit the date application was submitted so the waitlist feature only works for new applications. Please add a possibility to manually edit submission date.

Include activity on lesson reference sheet
Would love a lesson report that includes the activity notes so that we could have a reference sheet to easily see the follow-up work that is expected after each particular lesson.

Calculate "attendance factor" as part of attendance reports

applications download
right now when you download the applications it downloads as a MESS, even when i try to import the file into excel it is crazy.
can it be developed so that when we download it it comes up nice and clean?

The teachers don’t have access to parents personal information like phone numbers, email, etc
This information should be private, just the administration office must to have access to parents personal info.

Easier editing for report reviewers
Update the narrative field in progress reports so that the reviewer can more easily and quickly edit text.

Parent sign in only have one option...either Drop Off or Pick Up
This was suggested in 2017...Parents often select the wrong button when signing a child in or out. Instead of having two buttons it would be nice if there was just one button which would say "Drop Off" when the child is not present and "Pick Up" if the child has already been dropped off.
In my state parents must sign their child into the classroom. Since parent sign in is the only record we can use for attendance we consistently have to check attendance for parent errors.

A complete class chart of diaper, toilets and sleep
Our Ministry of Education requires washroom, diaper and sleep logs that involve the full classroom. At the moment we are using transparent to log individual children, but we then need to manually take that information and re-log it into a report spreadsheet that shows all children together. We are really hoping that this is a feature that can be implemented by transparent, as the information is there but the format is not.

2 sides of a triangle for practised

Untagged photos should show in all groups
Sometimes the teachers from other classrooms take pictures and upload them. Teachers from other classrooms cannot see or tag them.

Filter and sort forms
We have sooo many forms, we would like a way to access the specific form we need quickly.

add a column visible to teachers and staff that shows a child's allergies or other important health info in the "children" view of a class.
It would be great if we could have a screen that always shows allergies of children within a class so that it stays top of mind for teachers.

Accident icon in Daily Tracking
On the daily tracking page next to toileting and diapering I would like to see an icon for when a child who is toileting has an accident in his pants. It could give the options for wet or BM.
