Create a sign-up option for parents for conferences
Can you create a way to set up a sign-up page for conferences. The classroom directors could set up available times and dates and parents can select a preferred date and time. All other parents would be able to see a time is taken but not necessarily by whom.

This already exists. You just use google sheets on the "Home page" and create a document. We used it for conference sign-ups and it went great.

A "signup genius" style form would be really great.
