Track Parent Conversations
I would love to have a separate section for recording parent contacts, so that these don't have to be kept in a separate section. Especially important that it doesn't require parents to be part of TC (i.e. it's connected to the child, not the parent).

Rename "Start Date" to "Onboard Date"
Can you consider renaming "Start Date" to "Onboard Date" and also adding a field for "Enrollment Date" (or "Start Date")? I have brought this up before, but admin and teachers need full access to all incoming students prior to their official first day at school (and yes we know how to access "incoming"). This year I have started the next session several weeks prior to the start of the school year so we can access everything we need during our prep weeks. However, new parents get confused because it now says their child's first day is prior to the start…

additional child fields to show things like mask preference
masks are currently optional outside. some parents want masks worn all the time. it would be great if we could add additional custom child fields for example -parent mask preference.

Adding "Needs More" to Lesson Planning Page
I am new to Transparent Classroom, perhaps this is already a feature that I am yet to discover: Is there a way to incorporate on the Lesson Plan those lessons marked "Needs More?" Thus incorporating the idea of a "review lesson" to encourage repetition? Thanks

Accurate Photograph Dates: add school time zone, and allow selection of multiple photos when adjusting the date
Our school is in the PNW. When I post photos in the evening, the date comes up as the next day. Please attach the time zone to each school, so that photos are tagged with the date they are loaded.
Similarly, please create a away to adjust the date on multiple photographs at once. This would save a lot of time for those of us uploading photographs in batches.

Better text formatting
Please improve your text formatting! When I copy text from my email to put into an email in "Home," formatting is lost. Also, when I put in line breaks in an observation, it's all glopped together into one paragraph. This would be a nice improvement. Thanks for your time and commitment to listening to users.

Tracking parent log-ins
Can there be a tracking feature added where a school/teacher can see dates that a parent accesses transparent classroom over the course of the school year. This can help us ensure that parents are staying informed on their child's progress.

Organize forms into folders
It'd be great if we could organize forms in a child's profile and make it collapsible so it's easier to find specific forms. For example, putting all the daily reports in their own collapsible folder so they don't hide an infrequently requested form.

Real-time planning
It would be really helpful for co-teaching situations to be able to see one another's planning/recording in real-time like google documents! Otherwise if you're both in doing things at the same time you don't know!

Adding Lessons for 3-6 per child
Dear Transparent Classroom Team,
I would like to propose a new feature, specifically for our 3-6 teachers at our school. It would resemble the Lesson Boxes planning page, but the boxes would have the ability to be added to like the Activity recording text box. In this way, the 3-6 teachers, that don't often plan ahead, can record their lessons in the moment for each child, and they would have visibility of previous lessons from the week - similar to the Lesson Reference Sheet.
