  1. When creating the page or printout of Lesson boxes is there a way to signify they are a "language" lesson, "math" lesson. Rather than having all the lessons gathered they way they are now. Like before the lesson name having LA or MA or GG or GM or even building columns or lines?

  2. For child hours- allow it to go by day. As some children have AM/ PM care on different days of the week. With the way it allows its for every single day as the only option.

  7. Having a way to import vaccination records from state agencies would be amazing. We are in WI and have WIR (Wisconsin Immunization Registry), which has the immunization records for the majority of WI children. This would feature would streamline the process for collecting vaccination records and provide an excellent place to store the immunization records.

  8. Hi,
    I love transparent classroom!
    And help us a lot.

    In our school kids take books to home every week and we use google sheets to keep ours record.
    It would be lovely to have this type of record here too, so we would be able to see every book that child read during the year.

  9. I am getting quite an accumulation of photos. Is there a way that TC can delete photos of a child once they complete an exit survey? Also, can a feature be added that allows teachers to mass delete photos that have NOT been saved to a child's portfolio? I literally spent 8 hours yesterday deleting 1 photo at a time because I didn't TC to bulk delete photos that I saved to each child's portfolio.   11. Hello. We had 6-9 and 9-12 classrooms, now these have been both merged and new students and another classroom added. Now we have three classrooms with new arrangement of students and we are 6-9 and two 6-12 classrooms. My colleague has students I had before and for whom I had planned lessons. She can't delete/remove the planned lessons and I don't see option that I can do it. It is too much work manually, but maybe there should be a function.   13. It would be a HUGE help if the announcement feature had a moderator option. For example, if a teacher sends an announcement it first goes to a designated person to proofread and approve before it gets sent.

  15. Having a way for each individual classroom to post things on a "bulletin board" type thing that will only show up under each classroom and not for the whole school, like the School Info menu. The announcements are great, but if there was a way to pin links/documents to a class-specific board that would be great.

  16. We should be able to attach links to announcements without having to paste them in. Links to google documents, to articles, etc. The current function of only be to upload is antiquated. Please address quickly. It makes twice the work.
    Announcements should look and feel like an email. Right now they feel like a comment.

  19. It would be helpful if conference reports could be made private. We use conference reports for child study and assessment documents that we need kept in one location through a template, however we do not want to share them with parents by default and having them stay in 'draft' form does not seem to work well as it always looks incomplete.

  20. The interface for accessing notes is hard to navigate -- just an endless chronological list. Can you design some way to visually organize the notes, and offer ways to sort the notes according to keywords/tags/topics/etc? Otherwise it's just not very usuable
