  2. When doing parent sign in you can see the children's faces. It would be super helpful (especially for new teachers or specials teachers that are not as familiar with the students in the beginning) to have the pictures to the left of the name (still in a list format like it is now)

  3. For families with multiple children enrolled in our school, it would be great to assign the 'family-specific' forms (like emergency contacts, for example), perhaps to Parents (instead of to the children) that would allow them to complete one form per family (instead of one for each child).

  4. A way to see who else is logging into the Conference Reports like in Google Docs would be great. We have co-teachers and have noticed that information inputted has been lost in the past.

  5. If you are planning on providing NCMPS templates to schools to address skill inventory, please provide a way to export data or provide reports so that the data can be viewed and analyzed in a aggregated format. It would also be great to be able to export data that is input into skills tables at the aggregate level.

  7. Automatic Form dispense. A feature that allows us to create a form, and have it sent out to each family daily. With COVID, screening is VERY important, and we need a daily screening form. It's hard on someone to have to send this out everyday, early morning to be used by families. This would be a great addition to TC

  8. Creating a Parent-Teacher conference sign up feature, so that parents can choose a specified time slot to meet with their teacher. The time slots would be declared by the teacher/admin and attached to specific days/times.

  9. When we request a signature by the staff only in an embedded form called, the signature is not suggest when we assign the main form. It's a big issue for us.

  15. Can you please add capability for Teacher and Principal signatures to be embedded in the Conference Reports? As of now we are needing to print, sign and scan back to PDF which is not ideal. We are really enjoying the Conference Report feature as a whole and this would make it even better!

  17. Under Immunization Schedule have the option to have expiration date not by doses but by actual calendar dates.. Florida has three forms. One for Health (expires 2 years from date of exam) and second one for Immunization which is Part A (complete until 7th grade), Part B Temporary with expiration date from doctor or Part C. also expiration date from doctor. Last form is Religious Exemption. Please help we really need to be able to keep track of these expiration dates without having to check each individual child.

  20. Any plans for a form or report that can be sent electronically for parents to inform them when an injury has occurred at school.

    We use paper forms currently. There are platforms that allow this electronically. I'd love if TC could integrate a similar option.
