Grade level / program should be tied to the SESSION
Grade level / program should be tied to the SESSION. Ability to Assign GRADE (& Program Names) for Upcoming Sessions without affect current session grade level / program.When we run an export for an upcoming session we need to manually go through over 130 students to change their upcoming grade level becuase there is no where to store it for upcoming year. This makes it very hard because the export of children is a mix of "Incoming students" who have their correct grade level and returning students who have their prior year grade level still. screening questions needed for in-building device use
I am making a strong request that TC finds a way to make the screening questions available for the in-building device sign in use.
I am working diligently on having the parents use the DD process, specifically so they can complete the daily COVID attestation. It is a licensing requirement that parents attest their child's health every day. If I, as administrator, or a teacher, signs the child in and completes the screening questions, this then circumvents the parents confirming their child's health.
Currently, I have the parents input a 'note' at in-building sign in for the attestation. But this…

indicating children whose photos shouldn't be used externally
Is there some way that photos of a child who should not be used for external marketing purposes (only for internal classroom use) can be marked as such in the main photos page so there's no confusion? I've already added "for internal pix only) to their last name in the Directory, but it doesn't show up that way when they're tagged/ Thanks!

Add Paragraphs in All Notes
It would be nice if we can divide our meeting notes into paragraphs. Right now if I hit ‘enter’ the blurb I am writing gets posted. However, some meetings I have with parents are long and we discuss multiple items. It would be easier to visually divide up the meeting notes for easier re-examining of the notes in the future.

access program and classroom fileds in regular forms
Hi,
I need to access to "program" field in regular form and parents be able to change it because it change the scolar fees.
Between the application form and the regular form, we meet parents and child and we choose all together to choose fulltime or haltime for the time.I also need to be able to put the classroom information in the contract because it changes the scolar fees. Not to change it, but to put it write down on the contract.

Enable "Change Title" for the main menu/dashboard titles
We are a Montessori-inspired school. Many of the menu names in TC are too traditional for us, and I was wondering if we can change some to ours: we have Studios, not classrooms, core-skills, not lessons, badges, etc. It would be great if each menu title c!an be changed. Thanks

Setting follow up or next lesson from activity page
When you record activity through the tick box on the lesson plan, it gives you the option to plan the next lesson or plan follow up. I love this feature! I'd like to be able to do this for activity that has already been recorded so if I forget or am not ready to set this at the time of recording, I can do this later from the activity page.

Re-enrol children in all their enrolled classrooms
Children at our school are generally enrolled in more than one classroom, and I'd like to be able to use the "Re-Enroll" feature on the [Classroom Placement] page to update their placement in future classrooms with just one click.

Group observation forms
I would like to be able to create a group conference report or group observation report, so that I don't fill out a separate form for each child in the group. I know you can make groups, but the groups I'm looking at are variable and change daily if not hourly.

Attachment display
We love to use attachments to share information for parents as pdf files. I wish there would be a way to display these attachments better - the way they are displayed using the file name is not very attractive and user friendly.

When I am assigning future sessions I want to be able to customize the normal hours of attendance that is separate from current normal hours
I would like to assign different normal hours to students based on the session. For instance during the school year a student could be 5 days and as I am assigning that student into different summer sessions they might be 3 days part of the summer and 5 days the other part. Additionally, their hours in summer session 1 might be 8:30-3:30 but summer session 2 it might be 8:30-12:30. When I am assigning future sessions I want to be able to customize the normal hours of attendance that is separate from current normal hours.

Notes by teachers for other teachers of certain children
During drop-off, I am the one teacher checking students in and I want the option to write a note that the teachers can see. For instance, “bob is picking up Mary Sue today.” Or “Stan has extra clothes for his cubby in his backpack.” Etc
