  1. Create a glossary

    Create a glossary for such things as "Portfolio", "Conference Report", "Sessions". The nomenclature used in this app can be quite confusing and having a glossary will help normalize understanding.

  2. Add task-level help. Articles are not required.

    Please add Task Help to help with specific tasks. For example, topics must start with "How do I" followed by "add a child's profile photo", "use Portfolio", "design a form". and so on.

    Please add the locale for Canada (en_CA) as a valid locale. Some Canadians prefer to use dd-mmm-yyyy as the default date format. I suggest you also enable customization of date format, OR use the Windows OS Regional Date settings, which in my case is set to dd-mmm-yyyy. Thanks.

  4. Preferred Names for Children

    An option for a child to be listed under their "preferred" name. Some children use their middle names, some use nicknames, etc. I would love to have a child's profile include their given name, but have their name appear as their preferred name.

    Example: John Jacob Smith goes by his middle name. Instead of his name appearing as John Smith, have the option of using his "preferred" name of Jacob Smith, but still have his actual profile say John Jacob Smith. Does that make sense?

  6. Weekly lesson plan overview by teacher (rather than by environment)

    I'm working in three differrent environments at our school. When using the lesson plan I know how to see only "my planned" for each environment.
    I'd like to know if there is a way to see all my planned lessons for a week for all three environments in a week structure (instead of clicking through the three different environments).

  9. Allowing forms to be prepared in advance and sent later, at certain times

    I'd like it if it was possible for forms to be sent at specific times, for example, if a child has a minor accident or incident, it would be nice if the form was sent just before pick up so the parent wasn't
    worried unnecessarily all day.

  12. Attendance Code for Virtual/Elearning

    Could you please add an attendace code for elearning, distance learning or virtual learning. This would be so helpful during this time when most of our students are face to face but we still have vitual learners also.

  13. Acknowledging Caregivers that are not "Parents"

    I'd like to suggest changing "parents" to "caregivers" or "primary caregivers" or something to that effect. This would help normalize the fact that children are not always being raised by their parents. Thanks!

  14. Delete temperature when check in is deleted

    I want to delete a temperature check. Two days in a row I’ve accidentally clicked the wrong child’s name to sign them in. I when I delete a check in their temperature recording should be deleted.

    I should also be able to change a temperature if I enter it incorrectly. I also want to be able to record temperatures throughout the day if needed.

  18. Home Announcements BROWSER visible in Activity APP?

    When I am using the APP on my phone, I am not able to see what shows up under Home when using a web browser. For example, my head of school posted a message to the community informing them that the school is closed today due to air pollution. This is visible through web browser version of TC, but not on my APP. Does this mean that parents cannot see this update either on their APP? Would they only see it if they received e-mail updates connected to TC? I think we/staff/teachers/parents should be able to see "home announcements" on…
