Change Immunization Format
Immunization records are challenging in Kentucky because some of them require 4 shots, unless the doctor used a certain formula then the number of doses is less.
Not to mention how time consuming it is to enter each child's set of shots.
A solution is to only need to enter the date of expiration from the immunization certificate. As that date approaches a notice is provided, when the date passes an expiration notice is provided.
Schools don't need to know which individual shot is needed, that's the pediatrician's role. We just need to know when a certificate is expiring or…0 votes -

Announcement for All Grade Levels at Once

Hello! Not sure if I have suggested here, but I have two and if I'm missing that they are already available then let me know!
1) Being able to track Staff Attendance in terms of PTO.
2) Being able to indicate an unexpected day off such as the snow day we are experiencing today!

Merge duplicate children
There should be an easy way to merge a child's information if they already exist in the system. This is helpful for children that have left and return or when office administrator accidentally create the child using the tour request form rather than the application that has relevant information.

Address starts under child and can be copied to each adult.
Address should start being under the child and can be “copied” to each adult or a different address can be put in.
Adding the same address to each parent is very time consuming.

Sync parents and children :approved adults, emergency contacts
I have found with inputting parents under children information is not synced up. For example: emergency contacts, approved adults, etc. it would make it much easier for these section to connect and not have to do it twice.

Color coded progress per year
To indicate student progress, currently we use shades of blue to show introduced, practiced, and mastered. Would it be possible to change the color each year? For example: next year, do shades of green and the following year, shades of purple, etc. It would help when planning to know what was entered in a particular year.

For state reporting in Illinois, we need to have racial make-up of school, classrooms, and by age. This would be great if we can generate these reports in Transparent Classroom.
