conference reports
Have a key to what each status means on the published conference report for parents.

Add button to print PDFs of forms submitted
We are using TC for enrollment of new students. It would be nice to be able to download a pdf of any forms we ask parents to fill out so we can print them and place in the student files.
3 votesThe way we generate pdfs is through the browser. Command-p (or control-p on windows) and then use your browser to save as pdf. If it’s not clear, I’d suggest trying chrome.

Bulk assign and bulk delete forms
It would be very helpful if we could assign the same form to multiple families, for example our summer registration form within transparent classroom, but then bulk delete the from from the families who are not interested in enrolling in the summer program instead of having to go through each family and delete that form.
1 voteYou already have bulk assignment from the [Children] > [Forms] page. We don’t have bulk delete. I suggest you use our new child form feature instead. Create a “Next Year Plans” form. In it, create a form item that points to your Summer Registration (and maybe an enrollment contract for next school year as well). Then parents HAVE to give you a form with their next year’s plans, and can CHOOSE whether to fill out the summer program form.

Allow Child Progress Page to scroll horizontally
On windows, with a normal mouse, you can't scroll horizontally on the child progress page without scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page to find the scroll bars. Please allow the scroll bars to always be visible.

multiple use of names
Hi again.
I want to use the lesson title "Review Definitions (as needed)" twice, within two different lesson groups. I am not allowed to do this. I would like to be able to use the same lesson name in more than one location!

Fix iOS app it crashes on latest version
After login the app crashes
1 voteThe app is currently only available for Teachers. If a parent tries to login to it, it will crash. We are working on an app for parents that will be available in a few months.

Add a short-cut link for the lesson plan page.
I would like to be able to click a link on the main navigation on the left of the page which would go directly to the lesson plan page, instead of going to 'progress and plan' first. I use my iPad in the primary classroom, and I usually have to keep several different tabs open on my browser in order to have quick access to each of the pages I reference during class time.

have parent contact list easily downloadable
I just completed getting all the contact information for the parents of my daughter's class for her upcoming birthday party. Doing so, I discovered that the information available on the parent directory is different from that shown when clicking on the individual parents so I used both resources. In the end, I had a parent list with a phone number or e-mail for 20/23 parents but it was very tedious.
Very soon, I will have to do the same for my son for his birthday party. It would be really nice if there was a way to easily download parent…

allow planning for next week, before next week.
I would like to be able to get a lesson plan for next week ready on Thursday or Friday of this week.

allow us to customize attendance
can we choose M T W TH F any or all ? We have a four day/week option with parents choosing which day off .
Also we have different start and end times for each child. Need to be able to change these1 voteThis already exists. Go to each child’s page and update their “Normal Hours”. Based on their hours, attendance will show a child as expected or not on a certain day.

change the order of proficiency symbols on the Progress tab legend
Rather than order the proficiency symbols alphabetically (Introduced, Mastered, Needs More, and Practiced), it makes better sense to me to order them by level of proficiency (which I assume is Introduced, Practiced, Needs More, and finally Mastered).

1 voteIt’s actually not ordered alphabetically, it’s ordered by progression. The progression for “masterable” lessons is introduced, mastered, needs more. For ongoing, it’s practiced, needs more. This will make more sense, and be customizable soon when we deliver the ability to customize those proficiency scales. Stay tuned!

multiple parent contacts
I would like to have the ability to add two email addresses so both my husband and I can receive information on pictures, etc. for text and email.

An easier way to get to a specific lesson
It would make recording easier if I could put in the first letter or few letters rather than having to scroll through the entire list of lessons after each save or to locate a lesson.

1) use the activity page. it is explicitly about typing the lesson in
2) search on the progress and plan page (ctrl-f or command-f) to find the lesson on the page
3) use the lesson plan by day page, there you can also type the lesson name to find it -

Multiple teachers plan the same lesson
Currently when multiple teachers make lesson plans for the same classroom they can't plan the same lesson. E.g. once teacher 1 has planned red rods it's unavailable to teacher 2. It would be much easier if two teachers could plan the same lessons.
