Allow Child Progress Page to scroll horizontally
On windows, with a normal mouse, you can't scroll horizontally on the child progress page without scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page to find the scroll bars. Please allow the scroll bars to always be visible.

we need a solution to this problem and will be looking at this in the future, but we expect it might look a bit different.
