  2. In progress & plan, a teacher can't undo marking an activity, they can only click on it and change the progress but not blank it out.

  3. Currently, your site offers a drop down to select which classroom we want to post announcements. For admin staff, it will be helpful if we can checkmark multiple classes instead of just the All Classroom option. If we only want to send to senior casa classrooms, we will have to post announcements 11 times, one for each class.

  4. The parents visit should not be a graph. It would be more helpful to see when they last login, like login 1 day ago or 1 hour ago.

  5. A "like" button under the observations , similar to FB or Famly app. This will allow for more parental engagement. Similarly adding a space for a comment below the observation might be nice.

  6. Have a section for health room/school nurse documentation. So if a student comes to the health room with a headache, for example, the details could be documented there, with an email sent to parents via Transparent Classroom with the details.

  8. Hi,

    In the Infant Daily tracking, could the lunch and breakfast be editable throughout the day?
    The teachers usually enter the food that the parents bring in the morning but we cannot go back to it later to adjust the quantity taken. The only thing we can change is the time.
    Could the quantity taken by the child be an editable feature?

  10. The interface for accessing notes is hard to navigate -- just an endless chronological list. Can you design some way to visually organize the notes, and offer ways to sort the notes according to keywords/tags/topics/etc? Otherwise it's just not very usuable

  11. It would be helpful if conference reports could be made private. We use conference reports for child study and assessment documents that we need kept in one location through a template, however we do not want to share them with parents by default and having them stay in 'draft' form does not seem to work well as it always looks incomplete.

  16. We should be able to attach links to announcements without having to paste them in. Links to google documents, to articles, etc. The current function of only be to upload is antiquated. Please address quickly. It makes twice the work.
    Announcements should look and feel like an email. Right now they feel like a comment.

  17. Having a way for each individual classroom to post things on a "bulletin board" type thing that will only show up under each classroom and not for the whole school, like the School Info menu. The announcements are great, but if there was a way to pin links/documents to a class-specific board that would be great.

  18. It would be helpful to have a way highlight students that have food allergies so staff members can quickly identify those students. It would also be helpful to be able to link treatment plans to those students, in the event of an emergency.

  20. It would be a HUGE help if the announcement feature had a moderator option. For example, if a teacher sends an announcement it first goes to a designated person to proofread and approve before it gets sent.
