Print Lesson Plan in Grid, Color-Coded by Subject
- Allow users to print the lesson planning "By Day" page in the format we see it on the screen (the table/grid way).
- If Suggestion 1 is implemented, give users the option to color code their lessons by subjects (e.g. Language lessons have a background color of red; math lessons green, etc.), so teachers can balance their weekly lesson planning easily at a glance of the colors.

Daily tracking custom times
There should be a button at the top of the daily tracking categories that allows you to enter a time (that is not the current time) for the activity. It automatically puts the current time when you enter a diaper or meal, but if it is 11:00 and the diapers occurred at 9:30, the only option is to automatically enter the current time. Then I have to go in and manually adjust every single time for all children. Have an option to enter a time for all snacks OR put the current time.

Add more level to the evaluation scale
I want to suggest to add more levels to the evaluation scale. Current evaluation scale has only 6 levels. However, our education system (Latvia) uses scale from 1 to 10, thus we need scale with 10 levels.

Role Customization
Role customizations
Right now each existing role comes with its own set of permissions that cannot be changed. It would be super helpful to be able to customize roles especially for staff members with kids at the school. Our school has parents who are staff in every department. It is important to keep information confidential while still allowing staff to complete their tasks in TC.1 vote -

Better Long Term Record Keeping
In keeping better records for children, we would appreciate being able to add in formal assessments done outside of school. That way it's on file and current/future teachers/admin can access the information.

Form notifications
We would love to have different school-wide forms send notifications to different staff members, instead of all school forms sending notifications to one email address. ie. incident reports should notify the school nurse, our field trip forms should notify the administrator who needs them...

How can an incident report be revised after it has been sent t a parent?
I would like better customer support. I am just taking over this function from a former employee. I need to revise an incident report, but cannot seem to find any help or a customer support telephone number. How can I do this?
