Can you not just print out a report? We have many OR schools, it doesn’t seem like they have this requirement…

Can you say more? Where do you want to sort by years in the classroom / school? We could easily allow sorting by grade, perhaps that would work for you? We already allow this on Progress & Plan…
An error occurred while saving the comment Cheryl Serrano commentedI think this would be helpful. As an admin, I sometimes have to send emails to just the 5th years or 3rd years, and just seeing their age doesn't help me distinguish which "grade" they are in. It would be helpful when looking at each classroom roster for each child to have a "label" of what grade they are in. Some children even if they are the appropriate age for a certain grade, may not have "moved up" if they were not socially or academically ready.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cheryl Serrano commentedAs an admin myself, I would love an option to have sort by last name as a default. Right now you can choose to sort by last name but sometimes when I'm going through a classroom to get information from a child's form or something like that, as soon as you navigate away from the page and go back to the children's tab it's back to sort by first name. Then I have to select sort by last again. This sometimes makes it hard to keep track of where I'm at. There are so many things I do through TC that a default feature for last name that wouldn't affect anyone else's settings would be perfect.

I print out daily attendance for classrooms by going to attendance report for each class and putting the date range only for that specific day and then print it out. Have you tried doing this? Although it doesn't let you print out all classroom attendance reports together. This might be a good feature to add.
