An error occurred while saving the comment Manuela Hutter commentedThe lack of this effectively blocks us from using digital forms, since most of our forms require a signature.
Examples:
- accident report (signature from both parent and teacher)
- unregistering from religious education
- potassium iodide tablet agreement (in case of nuclear catastrophe)
- allowing children to walk home by themselves after school (not being picked up by parent)
- EU data security agreement (child and adult signature)Manuela Hutter shared this idea · -

We are working on adding this functionality. In the meantime, feel free to record the times when you started and stopped entering lessons from the past. You can then shoot us an email and we can change the dates just for those presentations for you.

in our classroom we still use spreadsheets to record data, and I've written a simple script that suggests the next lesson in a sub-group automatically. Then, when planning, I don't have to look through the whole data set, I just have to look at the list of potential next lessons and pick from them. It would be great to have something like that in here!Manuela Hutter supported this idea · -

Can you say more? Where do you want to sort by years in the classroom / school? We could easily allow sorting by grade, perhaps that would work for you? We already allow this on Progress & Plan…
An error occurred while saving the comment Manuela Hutter commentedIf I understand you correctly, this is also the sorting that we are currently using, so:
- sort into 3 groups, by year
- within group, sort alphabetically
- ideally: use different color for each yearManuela Hutter supported this idea ·
So I learned providing this feature for children is not possible for legal reasons, and no child access is planned for TC. I now understand though that, at our school, this “attendance only” role would also be needed for our “Zivildiener” (young male who choose to work at a social institution instead of doing military service). They should be able to do attendance, but I’d ideally be able to restrict their access to documentation data.
