aftercare
When the normal end of day hits the remaining children are in aftercare (some are scheduled some are as needed). It would be nice to have the attendance option to show students still signed in (instead of by classroom) so that the aftercare teacher can easily pull up the record for the parent to sign out.

Add an inquiry form
Add an inquiry form for prospective parents who are interested in more information or to schedule a tour, but are not necessarily ready to fill out an application. That way we can better track conversion rates through TC. Once the application is submitted, it can be merged with the inquiry rather than having to keep track of inquiries on a separate spreadsheet or program.

Email the entire parent population at once
We would really appreciate the ability to send emails out to the entire parent population at once, rather than in batches. The system seems to be limited in the number of emails it can manage at a time.

Tracking of Expiration Dates on Health Forms and the Ability to Send Notifications to Parents Prior to Health Form Expiration.
If you could add a feature to track when children's health forms are expiring and send an automatic notification to parents a month prior to expiration and also a week prior. It would also be helpful to have a way to view all children's health form expiration dates on one page for ease of access.

Immunization Annual Reporting
I would like to have the feature where you can see the entire school's immunization status in order to run a state report. It would also be helpful if the report could be downloaded. One of the state requirements asks us how many of each immunization is outstanding, so getting a quick total of missing MMR, etc. would also be great.

Add a parent e-signature feature to Conference Reports.
Add a parent e-signature feature to Conference Reports. This way parents have to confirm they received a conference or incident report. It is also easier for teachers to input information specifically for an incident report without the parent being able to edit in (as they would in a form).

Need to name bottles, how many times a bottle was offered, and how many ounces consumed at each offering.
I would like to be able to name each bottle for the daily tracking (e.g. Bottle #1, Bottle #2, etc.) and be able to record how many ounces were consumed. That way, we can keep track of which bottle was offered, how many times it was offered, and how much was consumed at each offering. This feature is important for a Nido in the state of Minnesota because licensing requires that we expire bottles after one hour. We want to be able to offer the bottle at least two times within the hour. This means we also need to have…

replicate a curriclum in two classes.
Create Curriculum in Lessons and then dedicate where curriculum should able to be viewed. For example I use Saxon math for Upper El and Adolescent. Currently I have to create the same book in two classes and do so from scratch. It would be nice to build it once and then replicate it in another class.

Easy sorting of observations by area or lesson for Progress Report
When writing a Progress Report or trying to read the observation I wrote about a student activity, it is difficult to find those observations easily. I have to go to the child activities and read all the lessons observations to find the ones related to an area and/or specific lesson. I like having that information to write a narrative or to have in mind what the child struggled with during the lesson. It would be so helpful if there is a way to pull all the observations we do for each lesson, and area.

IMMUNIZATION Annual Report
We are required to report number of children Complete, Conditional, Out of Compliance or Exempt by November 1 each year with WA DOH.
I have just started putting our vaccination records into TC after using Childcare Manager for many years. How can I print out the report in a useful manner? How can I select EXEMPT for any of the vaccines?
Since entering all the dates is a long process I want to use just one database to manage the info. And can parents update these records?

Create a "Room Parent" level
It would be nice to designate some parents in each class as room parents, who are able to send messages to the rest of the class, without having all the ability of a guide or admin.

Staff/Admin view only fields in forms
Many thanks for the updates to forms. We use an incident report and this is signed by the lead teacher, Director of Education and parents. It would be useful to have fields that only the staff/admin can view so we can add other children's names if the incident involved more than one child. This would also be useful in other forms and areas of the program.

For Parent Sign-in only have one attendance button (Drop Off or Pick Up)
Parents often select the wrong button when signing a child in or out. Instead of having two buttons it would be nice if there was just one button which would say "Drop Off" when the child is not present and "Pick Up" if the child has already been dropped off.

Auto Plan
I would like to be able to set a sequence of lessons within and across areas of the curriculum. In this way when I mark a lesson as presented or practiced transparent classroom will then automatically plan the lesson(s) I have sequenced to come next.

When creating a new student profile, be able to assign forms right then while adding other info would be helpful, convenient and more efficient. Thanks for considering this.

Activities log individually, rather than all in one single post
Currently when listing multiple students in one activity post or using @allchildren, families see the post as it was entered - which means they are seeing information about other children. This also is true when checking off lessons from Lesson Plan by Day and when multiple students are tagged in the same photo. This process crosses privacy boundaries in our school community.
To respect privacy, please shift to individual entries no matter how the teacher enters the data - the same way progress posts when marking multiple students on the Progress & Plan page.
