Have forms that can be assigned to teachers to fill out for each student
We are creating a primary readiness form that we would like toddler staff to be able to fill out. It would be great to be able to assign forms for staff to fill out and then apply to each child in their class as they fill it out.

Photo Archive
There needs to be a way to archive photos by year. So you only have the current year visible but can still access the previous photos.

Add an "Are You Sure You Want to Publish" pop-up in the Conference Reports Feature
When writing in the conference reports - it seems pretty easy to mistakenly click on the Publish Button rather than the Edit button. Since the parents immediately get an email and link to see the conference report, it would be great if the Publish button was a two step process - so that you wouldn't mistakenly Publish the report when it's not ready.

Selecting Areas to include when printing Lesson Reference Sheet
Would you please allow for selecting/deselecting the areas to be printed on the lesson reference sheet?
We have Songs as a distinct area. When printing the reference sheet to share with my assistant, it is made much longer by the songs being listed. I would prefer to keep tracking songs, and be able to disclude them when creating a reference sheet for sharing. It would make the reference sheet much more useful and save paper.

Allow set schedules for Transparent Classroom
Our toddlers' daily tracking activities are the same time every day. Is there a way that we can program AM snack, PM snack and toileting times, to be coded as the same time each day? This way, we would spend much less time recording daily tracking activities because we wouldn't have to enter specific times in. This feature, if editable by the Admin/Lead Teacher, could be per classroom and set up at the beginning of the school year. It would save us so much time! Please let us know your thoughts. Thank you!

view delivered lessons in By Day
Is there any way to preserve lessons in By Day view so that I can go back later to see the lessons that I actually delivered on a certain day?

Planned absences - without needing to go into each individual day.
If we know a child will miss several days it would be nice to be able to input that information without going into each day individually.

Email to all parents
PLEASE set up a Mailing list for parents eg all parents from one class; I know you have the feature with chosing parents or Children and then Opening Outlook or Gmail, but for our daily Routine it is one of the most important Things that we get mailing lists within the System or at least with an easier System that works for many parents, too (not copy paste in Outlook....) thank you sooo much, if you make this work!

Allow Lesson to be repeated during one week
For some children, especially if they require serious "remedial" help with their lessons, I might do the same or similar lesson every day during the week in order to practice. I would love the option to be able to add the same lesson every day of the week on the "By Day" lesson planning page as this is what I have to print off and show my administrator, assistant, etc.

Lesson Plan Doc. Upload
I would love to have more options of organizing lesson plans. It would be awesome to be able to upload an attachment with a different format from that given. In other words I would like to break down the material further that what is provided and it's hard to do so because of the minimal options offered. d

Autofill option for only Proficient on conference forms
It would be helpful to have the option of online including proficient areas on the conference report. This would be a widget that would be available to drag and drop similar to the tiles that say "lesson list with proficiencies" and "Lessons in areas".

allow more than one email address per form 'notification to school'
When a parent completes a form, we need more than just one staff member to be notified. For example, when a new family signs the enrollment contract, our Admissions Dept and our Business Office need to know immediately.

Edit Exit Reasons
We are a public charter school and the reasons for a child's exit differ greatly from the list that is provided. We would like to be able to edit the reasons. Currently we track the following reasons:
Transportation issues
Nutrition Issues
Issue with classroom-teacher
Issue with classroom-students
Homeschooling
Left for traditional schoolBecause it it a required field at the very least being able to enter "other" would be nice.
Also, what are the reporting capabilities?

Children's names in lessons
When looking at the parent view they often get confused, and concerned when they see other children's names if a group lesson was given. Rather than displaying each child involved in the group lesson, it would be great if the application would only display the child belonging to that child. It would allow for much better record keeping for our staff, particularly as it would save a great deal of time, more importantly, it would allow us to more easily adhere to Ferpa laws.

Make payment submission for applications mandatory and offer a fee waiver code.
Applicants are able to submit multiple applications for the same child. A new application is submitted each time an applicant makes a change and clicks "submit". This allows families to apply without paying the application fee. We are having a difficult time tracking payments.

Allow only one application submission.
We notice that some of our families submit their application form multiple times - is there a way to avoid this?
