add a school-provided header and footer to conference reports
Because other schools often request records when children transition, it would be very helpful if a school-provided header and footer could be put on each printed page, with page 1 being different than subsequent pages. Ideally the footer could include address, website, phone number and page # of total pages. For the header, we used the header template, but couldn't create two columns on the first page which would be nice. For page 2 + it would be nice to include the school's name, the child's name, and the session or school-displayed session name at a minimum in the printed version.
