  2. We would like the concentration to show the patterns from the weeks/months for both the child and the class as a whole. That way we can observe the work curves in order see the trends in our classes. Looking at one day is not an effective way to analyze the behavior/work patterns of children.

  3. Hi! Thank you for all the resources and the new tools you’re offering. My fellow guides and myself really enjoy the parents’ pictures. So far, we only have three families (out of 33) participating and we definitely see a good potential. We were wondering if maybe it could be possible to make a parents’ picture visible not only for the guide but for other families (the classroom families for example). Could it be an option? Some families, though they receive counseling, declared it would be helpful to know what other families are doing with their kids. Thank you for letting…

  4. If a child is waitlisted it makes the session they for which they applied a moot point. If I just had their age and DOB it would be a lot easier to sort through applications.

  5. Considering the remote learning that we are experiencing, our school has been emailing lessons to parents to do at home. We are finding that this method is scattered and inefficient. I would like to be able to post lessons for parents on transparent classroom, organized by the 5 areas of the classroom. How can we do that?

    1. Parents be able to reply when tagged in a photo or any messages directly to the sender
    2. Chat feature so parents can directly contact teachers using this app, to limit number of apps for communication
    3. To contact parents (audio/video call) when we click their registered contact address here.

Because other schools often request records when children transition, it would be very helpful if a school-provided header and footer could be put on each printed page, with page 1 being different than subsequent pages. Ideally the footer could include address, website, phone number and page # of total pages. For the header, we used the header template, but couldn't create two columns on the first page which would be nice. For page 2 + it would be nice to include the school's name, the child's name, and the session or school-displayed session name at a minimum in the printed…

  8. In conference reports, I'd like to be able to generate a report that shows progress from Fall to Spring - so where there is a column of works that have been Introduced/Practiced/Mastered, etc., from Fall - RIGHT NEXT TO THAT COLUMN I'd like to be able to insert the same info for Spring

  9. When looking at a report for Attendance for a longer period of time when the show days box is checked, have the names of the students move along with the grid as it does for the Progress and Plan when you scroll down from the top of one subject area to the bottom.

We would like to use TC to track parent attendance at Parent Gatherings (parent education nights), Conferences, Observations, Outdoor Environment Days, etc. We feel this is vital for knowing the parent's commitment to the Montessori Philosophy. Admin can then help the guides with family retention instead of it all being on the guide.

I appreciate the ability to see the statistics and specifics of the parents who are seeing and interacting with the site/app, but I'd like for there to be a way for parents to comment on photos as well as observations/presentations of their tagged child. This would enhance the engagement of the parent/teacher relationship.

  13. We are creating a primary readiness form that we would like toddler staff to be able to fill out. It would be great to be able to assign forms for staff to fill out and then apply to each child in their class as they fill it out.

  16. When writing in the conference reports - it seems pretty easy to mistakenly click on the Publish Button rather than the Edit button. Since the parents immediately get an email and link to see the conference report, it would be great if the Publish button was a two step process - so that you wouldn't mistakenly Publish the report when it's not ready.

  18. Would you please allow for selecting/deselecting the areas to be printed on the lesson reference sheet?

    We have Songs as a distinct area. When printing the reference sheet to share with my assistant, it is made much longer by the songs being listed. I would prefer to keep tracking songs, and be able to disclude them when creating a reference sheet for sharing. It would make the reference sheet much more useful and save paper.

  19. Our toddlers' daily tracking activities are the same time every day. Is there a way that we can program AM snack, PM snack and toileting times, to be coded as the same time each day? This way, we would spend much less time recording daily tracking activities because we wouldn't have to enter specific times in. This feature, if editable by the Admin/Lead Teacher, could be per classroom and set up at the beginning of the school year. It would save us so much time! Please let us know your thoughts.
