We would like a feature where parents can receive a message for re-enrollment forms asking to collect a deposit.
You have this feature for complete Applications, it would be helpful to have the same for complete re-enrollments.

Prohibiting one parent from signing for both.
Please create a way to prohibit one parent from signing for both parents on a form (ex: contract). With different family dynamics(divorce) it is imperative that both parents acknowledge what they are agreeing to when enrolling their child.
95% of our parents sign in from one profile and click to sign for both parents lengthening the process extensively for us to have to track them all down to go back in and resubmit the form.1 vote -
Admissions Documents Feature
We have a couple of forms we use to capture the child's visit during the admissions process. We would like to be able to attach the documents to a child in the application list. We currently have to store those elsewhere.

Better Concentration graph recall
Hello,
It would be wonderful if there was a better way to view archived Concentration Tracking graphs. Currently it is very hard to find them as you have to remember the date in order to view the graph. If they could all be viewed in one place it would be easier to compare past and present data.

Hide Sessions ONLY from Applications or Forms
Hi! Hiding sessions is a necessity (especially if we need to stop applications for a specific session) however when you hide a session from the application it also hides that session everywhere on the site so you can no longer sort by that session or export form responses by that session (which I'm sure you can seeis a big issue for incoming classes etc.). Please let me know how to hide a session from application dropdowns only but not hide it from my administration team?

COVID questions connected to parent sign in
Is it possible to get the COVID screening questions to pop up under the parent sign in as well as the attendance tab? We are a licensed center and a signature is required. It would be one less step to do screening and parent signature at the same time. Thanks for the consideration.

Repetitive lesson planning
I wish there was a repetitive weekly planing feature. For example, I always do editing on Mondays with my 2nd and 3rd years. If I add editing on one week, then add it to another week, it removes it from the first week. There should be an option for it to be a recurring lesson each week or recurring bi-weekly.

Daily report from parents with screening questions or ability for parents to send reports or messages directly through transparent.
Hello. For the screening questions I would like to request the ability to edit them like a form or the ability to add an open ended question so that parents can tell us about how the child is doing at home. I tried to add a question but only yes and no questions are possible it seems. Am I wrong? Is there another way? Immunization information in child record
I am wondering if there is a feature that would allow parents to upload their child's immunization information (by dose) as well as updates to their child's profile. We would then love to be able to harness this information in a report, which I know is already an available feature.

Add "edit" function to "Photos"
Add "edit" function in "Photos" - (Able to edit tags and descriptions in "Photos") It will be very helpful and save a lot of time.

Monthly Reports
I would like to bring parent attention to a child's activity/progress on a monthly view. This would be a longer perspective than the daily notes but a shorter and recent view of activity that does not contain the whole school year. Can we find a way to select a time frame for such a report?
