We are looking to have a feature that would allow me to do some simple tracking of what funds I've collected from parents. Nothing too intricate, just a way to say "yes, I've collected the registration fee. Yes, I've collected their first month's tuition and they're setup for automatic payments". Once I have all of that, it then goes to our billing manager and he handles the monthly payments.
