Please create an 'all present' @, so that we can tag all the children present on a particular date, rather than going through and deleting the absent children.

Home screen organization
Is it possible to have a drop down selection on the "Home" page that could separate out the announcements that were sent to parents and the activities posted by the teachers? We wanted to search for a message/announcement that we sent to parents, but it has become frustrating to have to scroll through so many other things. It would be nice to sort announcements by date too. Thanks for your consideration!

Add progress category: SKIP
We need another category to record progress: skip (it could be symbolized as S). Sometimes we receive children in the classroom who are older and need to skip some lessons, or come from another school and we do not have their itemized presentations record. Once we make that decision to skip a presentation, it would be helpful to be able to record it that way. At the moment we leave it blank but it is confusing and makes us reconsider blank presentations that we already decided to skip. This is particularly important if you co-teach. So, I propose to add…

Customized Daily Tracking for Older Students/Assignments
Being able to enter customized labels into Daily Tracking, so that it would be usable in other contexts and age groups; for instance, for completing recurring weekly assignments and chores.

Organizing Progress & Plan by Group and with Dividers
Using Student Groups and Dividers in Progress and Plan
Hello, I'd like to suggest the ability to select only a specific group from within my classroom when I'm in Progress and Plan view, so as to limit the amount of visual information on the page; alternately, it would be extremely helpful to be able to place several dividers (for example, a thick, dark vertical line) between the students so as to help me keep track within the table - I believe this could be easily incorporated in the "reorder children" dialogue box. Thank you for considering this.

Attendance notes, parent communicaiton
It would be nice if parents could input an attendance note for their excused absences, so we do not need a different system to log and track attendance excuses. Also for parents to input notes for informational purposes ie (they said they had a headache last night but not today). without having the parents do the signing in and signing out there isn't an option for those items.

sign out multiple childre at once
I'm writing to make a suggestion. We are in the midst of preparing to switch to transparent over the Summer. I just realized that when parents sign in/out they can only do one child at a time. I have four children, and we have others who carpool together and will need to sign out multiple people during a busy drop-off car line. Is there any way you could consider being able to select multiple children, before clicking <sign in/out>

all photos of one area together
it would be nice to be able to see all the pictures of one area at a time, like all the pictures of the Practical Life area, so its easier to do reports.

pictures under text in announcements
to be able to add a picture after text on announcement. I rarely use announcements because of that. I like to put a picture right after I wrote something. I would like to be able to do my newsletter in TC.

Add "presented during last week" category in child boxes
Child boxes could have two columns, one for recent presentations (activities presented during the previous week), and one for planned presentations. This way, the recent presentations can be encouraged as options for free choice by the guide/assistants, also the guide can observe to see if the child is repeating or not, and can reflect on the situation and make appropriate decisions.

Be able to pull a list of children who have overdue vaccines and to also send notifications to parents automatically when a vaccine becomes available and overdue.

Uploading documents/forms
Hello.
I would realy like to be able to upload forms, documents to the site as templates and so on. We would like to use our own teacher-parent report template or document - as an example. Is this something that is possible to achieve?

Track teachers, admin, support staff, & volunteers (all adults in building)
would love to be able to track teacher, volunteer, and other support staff "attendance" in TC as well, so that we have our entire building headcount in one place! When we run our drills, we're relying on memory for who should be in and isn't.

Roster Changes
Is there a way to have the attendance and information of a child follow them mid-year - this is particularly helpful when our YCC students transition to Children's House mid-year based on age/readiness. Right now, we just have a few students who live on two classes rosters, but it would be better if that information simply migrated to the new classroom.
