Auto notification email to staff that new form has been submitted by parent
Alert the person who assigned a form to a parent that the parent has filled out a requested form instead of having to go to the child and see if it's been done.
Hi there! It’s possible to customize which staff member receives the notification that a form has been received. To do that, go to [Admin] > [Notifications], and select the staff members name from the drop down menu next to “Form Received”. You can choose the school email address, the classroom email address, or a specific person’s email address. If you have any questions about that, don’t hesitate to reach out to info@transparentclassroom.com.

This is for all forms correct? The ability to set the person that receives the form notifcation PER FORM would be great. Some forms only need to go to specific staff members for review.

Yes! But the email needs to be able to go to multiple people, and it would be helpful to be able to customize this by form and by class.

I also would love this! The notification should go to whoever assigned the form and not the main email on the account. I would also love this for email replies as well.

I would also like this. I would want it to go to the teacher and sometimes the principle/head of school.

Oh I would really like this, with close to 300 students it's very time consuming for me to have to review every form that is assigned when it's related to a specific classroom. I would also like replies to @child tagged photos to go to the teacher that tagged them and not to the main email.

I believe this would be helpful as well. Maybe if this is set up, admin can enter email address/addresses of who should get those email notifications. I'm generally the one who reviews forms submitted but there are a couple of other admin staff that could also review them if I'm out. This way all the admin staff could know if forms are submitted. Our business manager waits for me to let her know if student's forms are submitted, but with this feature she would be notified at the same time I am and could review forms herself if she has been waiting on a specific form and accept or reject it.

I would like to see this (I don't know if I'm the one who submitted this or not!). But if there was a way to make it go to the person who assigned the form, that would be helpful.
