This is done (at least in the lesson editor).

Add a "passed over" or "not applicable" proficiency
Let's say I have a child that has already mastered long multiplication, but never did, say, flat bead frame. I'd like to be able to block out flat bead frame on her progress page, so it doesn't look like a gap-to-be-filled-in, while also making clear that she never did the work (but no longer has a reason to do it).
2 votesnow that proficiencies are customizable, you can add this yourself!

Is there a "select all" option for emailing parents?
To send an email to all parents, is there a way to select all without individually clicking each box?
2 votesYes there is! On the parent page, click on a parent’s checkbox or picture to select the first one. Then select the checkbox above the first parent to select all parents on the page. You can do the same on the child page.

have an additional Save button at the top of the Plan page
There only seems to be the one blue Save button at the very bottom of the Progress and Plan page. And several times I have forgotten to Save before switching pages, and then lost my changes and had to redo them. So either a reminder to Save before switching pages, or having the Save button at the top of the page, would be VERY helpful.

change wording
It would be helpful if the wording that goes home to parents regarding activity says "needs more practice" rather than just "needs more". We have had several parents contact us asking if they need to get more beads or cylinders for home, etc.
Thanks

Allow more than 1 "needs more" on a Lesson Plan
I'm entering a Lesson Plan, I'd like to say "needs more practice" - the orange square, for several things that a child has worked on, but once I double click to make it orange, I go to another lesson and double click to make it orange and they both disappear.

the iphone app: fix!
fix it please. it duplicates, it is incredibly slow. What does the red mean? The blue line moves across but it does not upload. I have four photos from Friday that have not uploaded. Very frustrating.
I did install the improved app. What were the improvements?
2 votesSeems like this is done! If you are still having issues, please contact me. I did work with one teacher that had to reinstall her iPhone app (thus deleting the pictures that were “stuck”) but that fixed it for her.

Auto save for toilet daily tracking
Auto save the data from the drop down menu as soon as it is entered. Example: when "sat + wet" is selected it saves immediately instead of requiring the save button be applied.

This is done. The way it works is at the classroom level. On the initial (school) page, click “see all” next to classrooms, then edit the classroom you want to effect. You can change 2 options under “private observations” either the default for your activity feed, or change whether observations you make from the child progress “grid” view are private.

Name to picture comment
I love when you make a comment without a picture it says by who ever made the comment. Can you add that to the comments with a picture? Thanks!

Have a tag for the entire class
Have a way for all parents in a class, or the entire school, to see a picture or event, like @EagleClassroom, and @TheMontessoriHouse
1 voteActually this does exist. Try @AllChildren

Sign on issue
I'm unable to sign on because I have explorer here at work. Unfortunately I'm unable to get Firefox, Google Chrome, or use Safari because my e-mail is linked to outlook which at this time is only accessible from work. Please advise me on any other options.
Thank you,

combine child progress and lesson plans
We dove in today to the new system. From what you described, we expected that the updating of child progress and lesson plans would be on the same page. Not quite. It is great that we can see the child progress sheet as we do the X's for lessons, but we still have to click over to Child Progress to note other activities and updates. Do you plan to combine both new options: the X's for lessons AND the white/yellow/green/orange boxes, all in the same process? That will be much better! Thank you!
1 voteJude,
Thanks for keeping me honest. Technically, I said “after Tuesday” – which I am barely making. The change is in!

Make the order of the batches in Child's Progress as the order in Lessons.
When I went to record the lessons given to one of our children, it was a bit frustrating that the order of the batches in Children's Progress was different than the order of the batches in Lessons (where I edit/add lessons).

Make it possible to print all the lesson from a group without showing the edit buttons
It actually shows when I print out a list of lesson some programming language (I believe!). So after the name of each lesson, there is some info in parentheses.
1 voteThis should now look a bit better both from the classroom/lessons page and also the child/lessons page. Let me know if that’s now what you were looking for.

Add SSL/TLS encryption to password change page
I had to reset my password and noticed that the password change page is not protected with SSL/TLS encryption. This is a fundamental security feature that any web-based application/service must have.
1 voteThis is done. The site is now entirely SSL. Let us know if you see anything else around this.

Correct bad links on the pictures page
Looks like current links to pictures on the pictures page has a duplicate .jpg extension/suffix on the link. When I click on the link the website responds that it cannot locate the image. When I copy the link and paste it into a separate browser tab, I see the duplicate .jpg extension. After removing the extra ".jpg" text and force the browser to load the resource, the website serves up the desired image.
1 voteWoops, thanks for letting me know. It should now be fixed, and the download full image link should be easier to see too.

Good morning,
I have an issue with the iPad version of the Transparent Classroom App. I tried to contact you to try and resolve the issue but there's no way to get in touch with you.
When I open the app on my iPad, only one student is showing and I'm unable to take photographs. When I open it in the browser on the iPad the option to take a photo isn't there.
Please help ASAP.
Kindest regards,
Emily Cleaver

Ability to remove information
Allow guide to completely remove a marking(introduced/mastered/needs more/practiced) placed on 'child progress'
1 voteThis is done. From the child progress page, you’ll need to click on the lesson, click on the “…” (show observations) then delete/chagne the corresponding observations
