  2. On the profile page of a student or on the activity page for a class, (1) only view lessons related to one subject area at a time in order to better see what student(s) have been working on recently (or for a specific time period) in that area. AND (2) also be able to only view observations on profile/activity pages for a specific time period.

  3. My parents must fill out a medication release form each time they bring something for their child. If the child has multiple medications, I can only have them fill out one form through TC. I'd like them to be able to fill it out as many as necessary. In the mean time, I will create a link to a google form, but it would be nice to keep it in TC records if possible.

  4. "Rich Text" formatting is not supported in the note fields of Conference Reports at this time. But it would be nice to be able to underline a book title or do other basic formatting.

  5. In the Elementary Lesson Plan By Day page/section, could you make multiple weeks visible all at once as in a monthly calendar format? It seems as if there is space for it since there is a large black/blank section below the Mon - Friday layout. It would be fabulous to be able to get a larger picture of the plan of lessons over a month's time. Thanks!

  7. When recording an observation that involves several children on the Activity Page, it's common that I only want the observation to be saved under 1 or 2 of the children. As it is now, it goes into the Portfolio of every child who is tagged. For example, I do want to record and tag that @Student was a bystander, but I don't need that to show up in their Porfolio; however, I want to record the @Instigator or @Solution-Creator AND have that appear in their Portfolio so parents & I can discuss it at conference, or so I can reference…

  8. When planning I like to make sure I have math and language lessons for every child. It would be nice if there was an option to easily know who I overlooked. In another Record Keeping program I tried there was a feature that allowed you to see "unplanned" by subject area and I found it helpful.

  10. In the conference report, I need to be able to show selected areas of my lesson set, not the whole thing. I need it to look as structured as the 'Lesson List w/ Proficiencies' element. So I need the exact same presentation, but for one area only. ('Lessons in Area' has too little functionality).

  11. We would like to note on a student's profile if they receive any special/additional services. Like an IEP tab, 504 or Spec Ed tab on the child's profile page. Adding this to the notes section will not be confidential and this information needs to be. If there was a feature to sort students by IEP that would be extremely helpful to us.

  13. I love how the lesson plan page works now with being able to check things off, and add lessons. Sometimes I want to be able to quickly look at the child's corresponding progress page as I am working on LP + RC. It would be great to be able to click on their name on the lesson plan page and have it take you to the progress page.

  14. When planning, and especially when toggling between subject areas on the Progress&Plan page, I must see ALL lesson groups OPEN. However, sometimes I do want certain sections/lessons collapsed, but that should be an OPTION, NOT the default!!
    And I'd like my preferences to be remembered the next time I open it so I don't have to redo it every time I get on that page!!
    As the students progress during the year, the collapsed lesson groups will change, so Progress & Plan should maintain the page setup next time I open it, no matter how I left it.

  16. You can see "Accepted" forms only in each student's profile. It would be helpful to see "Accepted" forms in the overview of the whole class when you click on "Forms".

  18. Hi,

    We have a Montessori adolescent program with a variety of long and short term assignments. Some of our students are having difficulty managing due dates. Some parents have requested an online way to see long term assignments and their due dates to better support their students at home. Can this be folded into TC?
