Parent email group
Our families would like to start an email group so that they can keep in touch and help children connect over the summer. Is this something TC could help with? They know they can get each other's email addresses by looking them up on TC but they're looking for more of a group function.

Sort by Age in Child Lessons by Area Reporting page
On the Child Lessons by Area Reporting page it would be really useful to be able to sort the children by age. At the moment it only appears to be possible in alphabetical order

Hi! As we navigate online learning during COVID-19 considerations, we are wondering if Transparent Classroom is planning any features that would facilitate remote learning? Perhaps a platform families and teachers can access similar to Zoom?

parent pages in the time of COVID
Is there a way to create a classroom-specific resources page for teachers to drop things int and for parents to access and possibly print? That way we are not always bombarding their email but they have one spot they can go back to on their own.

Lessons Printable by the Day
I print my lessons out each day so students can arrive and see the time and name of their lessons. This helps them plan their time. In upper el, this is a critical part of their time management for me.
I use Excel to do this now, with the same info as your LPs but I want to print the day's lessons, not the whole week.
The days change based on many factors, and I also don't need the students to see plans that will change, just the day's lessons.3 votes -
Send conference reports as PDF to parent
It would be great to be able to not only send a notice about conference reports being available but also have the option of sending a PDF (or similar). We always have issues with parents who have forgotten their passwords (because they don't use them regularly) and/or have trouble viewing the reports because they are looking on a small screen. Sending conference reports as a PDF document would solve both these issues.

Switching More Easily Between Children in Progress and Conference Reports
I'd love to have an easier way to switch between students. For instance, when I am looking at a child's progress page or writing a conference report, I have to navigate back to my full list of children to do the next one. In the "meetings" tab, there is a drop down menu that makes it so easy to switch between children. It would be cool if that function was available for more pages!

Bulk attendance / absence tool
Due to COVID-19 we need to mark students as off school as we are closed for at least a month, can we have a bulk marking tool, this would be handy anyway. And for normal school operation being able to enter school terms and holidays would free up essential time.

Change color scheme
We suggest customizable color schemes for lesson mastery. For example, being able to add a color that's red. The shades of blue are very hard to distinguish. Thanks.

Translation errors in French
Hi ! 2 translation errors really enoying in French beacause the meaning is really different : "Forms" has to be translated by "Formulaires" instead of "Formes"; "Left" has to be translated by "Sorti" instead of "La gauche". And is it possible to get in forms, for Yes/No questions, "Oui" and "Non" in French instead of "Yes" and "No" for answers please ? Thank you very much
