Classroom Assistant User Accounts
We would really benefit from a "Classroom Assistant" designation for staff. Permissions could be restricted to seeing all kids' activity feed & announcements and entering attendance records.
Alternatively, I would appreciate the option to customize staff permissions.

Parent Signature on Conference Form
We would like to have a parent signature widget to add to the conference form template. This is something we always did with a paper form to have parents acknowledge the information was presented to them.

Photo Toggle for Individual Meeting Workplans
When using the "Meeting" feature to design an individual workplan for a student, I would like to be able to toggle on the photo of the material along with the title. This would help the student who is not yet a fluent reader to use the workplan independently. This would be beneficial not only to the young Lower El student, but also the third year Primary student who is being introduced to the workplan as part of their daily routine. Thank you!

electronic injury/incident forms
Any plans for a form or report that can be sent electronically for parents to inform them when an injury has occurred at school.
We use paper forms currently. There are platforms that allow this electronically. I'd love if TC could integrate a similar option.

Editing Access
Ability to edit access for what each role can see. Also, ability to edit access for forms so that some forms with sensitive information can be for admin view only.

Adding Immunization and Health Form Due Dates Options
Under Immunization Schedule have the option to have expiration date not by doses but by actual calendar dates.. Florida has three forms. One for Health (expires 2 years from date of exam) and second one for Immunization which is Part A (complete until 7th grade), Part B Temporary with expiration date from doctor or Part C. also expiration date from doctor. Last form is Religious Exemption. Please help we really need to be able to keep track of these expiration dates without having to check each individual child.

Attendance - when a child is in different classrooms
We would like to ask the possibility to choose which attendance we would like to see on our attendance report when a child is listed in different classroom.

Conference Report Signatures
Can you please add capability for Teacher and Principal signatures to be embedded in the Conference Reports? As of now we are needing to print, sign and scan back to PDF which is not ideal. We are really enjoying the Conference Report feature as a whole and this would make it even better!

Create on "Onboard" Date and "First Day" for new students.
Create an “Onboard Date” (features and billing begins) and “The Child’s First Day” (for record keeping purposes). I get why some of the features are not enabled until the child's first day because we are not paying for those features yet. However, it would be really nice if there was a way to fully onboard the child earlier leading up to the child's first day. Currently, we have to go change the child's first day to be able to enable all of these features and then our TC records do not accurately reflect the child's first day unless we manually…

Error in signature by staff only in an embedded form
When we request a signature by the staff only in an embedded form called, the signature is not suggest when we assign the main form. It's a big issue for us.

Automatic Form Disburse
Automatic Form dispense. A feature that allows us to create a form, and have it sent out to each family daily. With COVID, screening is VERY important, and we need a daily screening form. It's hard on someone to have to send this out everyday, early morning to be used by families. This would be a great addition to TC

Dailly Parent Communication Form
I'm wondering if it would be possible to create a "daily communication form" for parents to fill out for us each day that states what meals and bottles that they have packed for their child and the times that they would like them served. I'd also like to include a few questions such as: How did your child sleep last night? When did your child last eat? Anything else that you would like to share?
Ever since we went paperless due to Covid-19, we've had to use a separate application to get this information from parents. I would love it…

Announcements via Text Message and App
(1) I would love for the option of sending announcements through to parents and staff via text message.
(2) It would be great if there was an announcements tab on the app so that parents could view announcements, and/or administrators/teachers could post announcements using the app.
