  3. More comment textboxes and embed links for short video clips

    Request feature: Please look into the possibility of enabling teachers to add more than one comment in separate textboxes in a photo. This will allow a classroom with several teachers and assistants to make remarks on the child’s great work. Also, please add a way to be able to upload short video clips, or atleast embed links into the children’s portfolio. Thank you!

  7. Change "Sex" to "Gender."

    Instead of asking for "Sex" in the child's profile, could you change that to "Gender?"

  9. Approving linked forms when approving checklist

    We have created an Enrollment Checklist, as suggested by Help Center, which is SO helpful. It would be amazing to be able to just approve the Enrollment Checklist form and that all included forms would be automatically approved as well.

  10. Disable Attendance for some Classrooms

    I would like to have the option to disable the sign-in feature for certain classrooms. We have one classroom that combines the students from every classroom into their program. It would be great if we could disable attendance for certain classrooms so that parents don't accidentally sign them into the wrong one.

    Is it possible to set up photo attendance taking for students to use? Could they just click on their photo instead of looking for their name?

  13. printing the same form for all students at once

    Printing all of the same form at once for each class. The summary is okay, but for school records you require the full form. It would be nice to print all at once instead of clicking individually for each child

  14. Security: reload an old version

    Is it possible to export all our Transparent Classroom, or to find an older version in case of problem (for example, if someone make a big mistake or if your servers have a crash...) ? It could be a good idea, I think.

  15. Smaller font, less empty space on templates.

    Hello.
    A feature I fee is important is the ability to change the size of the template, or to format the pages so there is less empty space. Currently, a progress page prints out on several pages. It would be nice if we could condense this somewhat.

  16. Export All Parents List from Chosen Session Only

    Enable Exporting of a list of all CURRENT from only 1 session period (parents / contact information) ie. Export only active parents of ENROLLED students for 2021-2022 (not parents from previous sessions) from parent page.

    Creating a Parent-Teacher conference sign up feature, so that parents can choose a specified time slot to meet with their teacher. The time slots would be declared by the teacher/admin and attached to specific days/times.

  19. Add 'only staff can edit' to 'upload'

    We have the parents provide a wet signature on their contract, which we then scan and email to them.

    If the 'upload file' input in the Design Forms feature had the option for 'only staff can edit', we could assign the form, then upload the scanned copy of the signed contract for easy, consolidated filing for both parents and staff.

    Can parents add their feedback on a photo that is shared with them? also can a seiries of 2 or 3 photos be combined in to one post?
