  2. I would like to suggest that it be possible to register conference reports of meetings with staff, the same way we register conference reports with families, in order to collect them all and be able to check them by all staff members if needed.

    1. In the Profile, a section to select the person's desired pronouns in addition to sex/gender. This is relevant at our school for a number of students, parents, and staff members. In many cases, especially for the children, their biological sex is required information but the child's pronouns my be different.
    2. Also in the profile, an option to indicate that permission forms have been signed. we currently use the notes section to say which students may use school-provided sunscreen, get school lunch, go on field trips, or who has signed the photo waiver, but our notes section is getting cluttered up…

  3. I provide reading interventions and other special education services to children at all grade levels at my school. I would love it if I could record all my special education lessons in one place where I could see it and the teachers could see it. I was recording them in individual classes, but the teacher’s did not see them and also, some lessons are very specific to children with special needs in particular areas, for example, a lesson could be on r controlled vowels, or very specific Greek or Latin roots and I want to note everything well enough for…

  4. Many of our students have a preferred name. It would be extremely beneficial to have a Preferred Name field as well as a Preferred pronoun field in all of the name records (especially children) but Parents, Staff, Family members too!

  5. 1) A third option under Lesson Set Scales
    ------Currently, under Admin>Settings>Edit Lesson Sets There are 2 scales with 6 editable options (Masterable and Ongoing). I would like a third scale, or the ability to add a third scale (ideally called assigned work). This would enable me to track the progress of assignments with deadlines by sessions. This one change would greatly affect the useability of TC for individual and group assignment tracking, as well as enable it to be accessible as an information set for Conference reports, which would be incredible.

  7. seating chart, we have seven tables with four at each table and we switch tables every two weeks so it would be good to show who has been seated together and who has not. thank you

  10. To be able to flag an observation or meeting as a safeguarding issue, so that the director or person in charge of safeguarding gets an automatic alert that this is an issue we need to be aware of.

  13. I would like to suggest a feature to record administration of medications (diaper rash cream, eye drop etc.) in “Daily Tracking” section so that we can record what medication is applied to the child at what time.

  15. Dans la programmation du plan de leçon j'aimerai pourvoir y trouver un tableau à double entrée : en ligne les matières en colonne les enfants.
    Cela permet de noter plusieurs présentations potentielles dans une matière qui peuvent arriver selon l'intérêt des enfants et également de veiller d'un coup d'oeil à l'équilibre par matières.

  19. This would work for something like "circle time", or if you have, for example, a PM class of K-preparation. Ideally you would establish your groups, how often they ocur, plan what will be happening there - which will include a mixture of curriculum lessons and non curriculum themes which should be write in (or maybe a non school wide but teacher specific curriculum "area"). Then you mark attendance for your small group and any associated curriculum lessons appear as presented / introduced. All activity associated with said group / circle time will then appear in each of the children's timelines,…
