Younger ages (and children with special needs) need smaller windows. Our school has hired a BCBA behaviorist to assist in the observation of our students. This individual needs to be able to track concentration on shorter intervals as a comparison when data tracking.

Record 15 min checks for napping infants: required from licensing in CA
California child care licensing requires child care providers to record checks on napping infants (children under 2) in 15 min intervals. Please add a feature that records these checks after a nap has started. Suggest to add it to the daily tracking section.

Sort Conference Reports by Year
We would LOVE if the conference reports could appear for parents (and faculty) with the newest on top. As it is, the children who have attended our school for the longest time have a list of 20+ reports with the same name and the dates are unable to be sorted in the reverse order.

Search Bar for Keywords Too
It would be wonderful to be able to search announcements for key words so I can see announcements sent during this month last year, and copy/paste portions (I use announcements to send weekly updates to parents). Otherwise I have to keep clicking the 'more' button and scrolling. Which. Takes. Forever.

Attendance statuses display on Headcount page under each classroom
On the Headcount page, it would be wonderful if each Attendance Status (Excused Absence, Unexcused Absence, Early Pickup, Tardy, Etc.) was shown under each class. This way, you can quickly see those who are tardy and/or left early.

I would like to see a list of a child’s activity without the photos. So, just a list of observations and lessons presented without the photos getting in the way.

When you flag a lesson for the lesson plan, it would be great to have them color coded to see which ones are new lessons and which ones the children are practicing.

Parent Conference Notes
Is there a place to write notes from a parent conference? I would like to have a place separate from the observations and progress reports to document our meetings with parents. I don't want to scroll through all my observations to find specific conference notes or edit the progress report after it's been published to the parents. I also want to be able to keep it private from the parents if I need to.

Role of the Assistant - view but not edit except attendance

Is there a way to add another role - that of the Assistant? So that they can see the planned lessons and given lessons but not be able to make changes to anything except attendance?

Forms for Admin Only
Is there a way to make certain forms admin only? We use forms for Tuition Fee Agreements where sensitive information like banking and credit card info is listed. We would love to protect staff and families by making these forms only visible to administration.
