  2. I would like to generate a report of all planned lessons for a period of time.
    Similar to lessons over time, I would like to generate a list of planned lessons, per child, per subject and per year group.

  3. Customize concentration labels.

    Other than the ones that’re named, like Concentrated, Quiescent and Disorder, there are some levels without a label. I would like to name those levels and perhaps add key words to make sure all our teachers are on the same page and can observe the students objectively.

  4. allow restrictions on what fields each user type can enter. For example, restrict changes to child name, dob, sex, etc. to users at the Admin level only.

  5. The Daily Tracking tool is great. I would like to be able to track other things ... it would be great to be able to add our own "events" to track...
    Examples:
    - disagreement with another child
    - physical altercation with another child
    - work avoidance

  6. Allow the First Day field in a form to be auto-filled by the First Day field in the "Info" section of a child's profile. We have to have this date printed on children's forms every year due to licensing requirements, and it's time-consuming for admin staff to copy & paste this date every year when it is static data that doesn't change and has already been saved in the child's Transparent Classroom profile.

  8. It would be really helpful to have a place to document student-specific information that could be helpful for other staff, but the notes aren't sent/visible to parents. Maybe this could be in the student's profile section. An example would be parents that have a difficult divorce decree and staff need to be aware of certain details. It would also be helpful to somehow flag these students if there is an important note for staff to read.

  11. Download Photos by Date Range:
    It is imperative for us to be able to download the photo file by date range. We download photos weekly to our google drives to utilize for yearbook. etc. It can take 30 minutes to download the photo zip file each time. It would be so efficient to just grab the newest photos for the download.

  12. It would be super helpful to restrict the Approved Adults info boxes in formatting (make it just like Emergency Contacts) as well as how to allow phone numbers to be typed. The CSV file would export much cleaner when we use it for printed Emergency Forms.

  15. Internal Teacher Notes -
    Somewhere to link lesson plans for lessons, also links / activity ideas etc. This would be very helpful for those activities which are added in to meet state requirements but are not Montessori Lessons.

  17. Is it possible to have a drop down selection on the "Home" page that could separate out the announcements that were sent to parents and the activities posted by the teachers? We wanted to search for a message/announcement that we sent to parents, but it has become frustrating to have to scroll through so many other things. It would be nice to sort announcements by date too. Thanks for your consideration!

  18. We need another category to record progress: skip (it could be symbolized as S). Sometimes we receive children in the classroom who are older and need to skip some lessons, or come from another school and we do not have their itemized presentations record. Once we make that decision to skip a presentation, it would be helpful to be able to record it that way. At the moment we leave it blank but it is confusing and makes us reconsider blank presentations that we already decided to skip. This is particularly important if you co-teach. So, I propose to add…

  20. Using Student Groups and Dividers in Progress and Plan

    Hello, I'd like to suggest the ability to select only a specific group from within my classroom when I'm in Progress and Plan view, so as to limit the amount of visual information on the page; alternately, it would be extremely helpful to be able to place several dividers (for example, a thick, dark vertical line) between the students so as to help me keep track within the table - I believe this could be easily incorporated in the "reorder children" dialogue box. Thank you for considering this.
