Can you say more? Where do you want to sort by years in the classroom / school? We could easily allow sorting by grade, perhaps that would work for you? We already allow this on Progress & Plan…

The applications process is quite different from school to school. Some schools do schedule observations using google forms. Here is an example at Lighthouse Montessori: http://www.lighthousemontessori.com/observation/
I was trying to figure out who all of the new students were so that I could send appropriate emails to our new families. Sorting by age wasn't applicable because some students were older, but still new to the school (i.e. transfer students and new elementary students). This sort options would be extremely helpful for emailing and forms.
