Allow pending forms
I'd like an assistant to fill out a form, signs it, be able to mark it pending so it could be adjusted if needed by a guide or second assistant. It would be sent after a second person viewed it or would automatically send at the end of the day.
This would be helpful for notifying parents of injuries while verifying the form was filled out appropriately.

Immunization Notes
Add a section for notes so that if an immunization is due/overdue, one could note when it is scheduled, or reason for delay.

internal messaging system
It would be great for teacher privacy and also parents privacy within the directory whilst still being able to communicate, to have an internal messaging system within your software, with internal inboxes for each parent and member of staff.

Include question option in forms for "if", "then" scenario.
We have an elementary program and a primary program and some information in forms does not apply to both. It would be nice to have a form insert where if a parent replies one way to a question it filter the remaining questions for them.

allow teachers to enter their own unique lessons without being an administrator (only add to their classroom)
Our school is very large. We all have different training and we can't possibly load the program with all of our lessons. If each teacher could just add lessons to her own classroom (not touch anyone else's) it would be more accurate.

Conference Report
Change the conference report options so that we can only include certain lessons. As teachers we might use different lessons, but parents don't necessarily need to see all of the lessons on the conference reports.

create a system for tracking behavior and observations relating to behavior
Perhaps through meeting notes, or on the Activity page, create a system for tracking behavior. Perhaps along with each behavioral observation certain data could be entered so that trends can be more easily analyzed (time of day, location, possible motivation, classmates/adult involved, type of behavior). This data could then be linked to some sort of spreadsheet or other system that would help create a visual of the data.

Birth to 2 Yrs: Diapering Option &/or Remove Accept/Decline Toileting Requirement
Toileting - this age is not quite old enough for the accept/decline option to show to parents. It makes it seem as though we are pushing toilet training early and can cause undue stress. Two suggestions: 1) Create a Diapering option within Daily Tracking or 2) Remove or make optional the currently required accept/decline buttons

Have an anecdotal observation log that is separate from the activity log
I like to use TC to record anecdotal observations, often about social-emotional behaviors or quotes from a child.
The problem is that when I record my lessons, the anecdotal observations get completely drowned in the the presentation posts!
For example, I might write "Tina spilled her milk on the floor, and Lisa offered to help and fetched her a towel without prompting."
But none of the other teachers (or myself later) will see this observation, because in the same day, there are 25 of:
"James was introduced to the timeline of life"

Lesson reference sheet to include lessons from child's previous class
Would love for the lesson reference sheet to include lessons that the child has completed in a previous class, so that if they are moved over to a new class their most recent lessons can still be viewed. We find this feature really helpful for preparing for parent chats.

Hide student age in directory viewable to parents
We would like the ability to hide student age in the directory that parents are able to view. It is personal information that parents do not need access to.

Design Forms/"Short Answer" Input Field/"Staff Only" option
Please provide the "Staff Only" check box option for the "Short Answer" Input field when designing forms. Currently we must use the "Paragraph" input field, but would prefer to have both the short and paragraph options available.

Manually record concentration at the end of the day.
Right now, you can only record concentration in real time. If you're not able to use a device in the classroom and instead want to be able to record information on a printout and enter it at the end of the day, vote for this feature.

Make Conference Report Template Refreshable
I am interested in whether there will be a feature that can refresh a conference report template, so we can change the template even after we have started working on reports. We would like to be able to refresh the conference report template so the newest version with the edited text boxes appears in an already existing report without losing the comments that have already been entered.
For example: If we create a template and then start working on a conference report draft, then find that there is an error (or something else we wish to change) in the template…

have the name of the classroom listed on the browser tab
We open the links to the parent sign in for our three classrooms on our iPads.
All three browser tabs say “Parent Sign In” some parents click around to find their child’s classroom then walk away.
Other parents understand our tab system click the tab which should have the child’s classroom only to find a different classroom.
If the browser tabs were labeled by classroom I believe this would stop our issues. We attempt to catch those parents clicking aimlessly but this issue occurs daily.
