Upload a menu for the week or month.
The menu can be seen by parents so that they can plan ahead if they need to send extra food the child eats for the day, but it also simplifies the teachers' job by simply choosing some, most or all for daily tracking instead of describing the food first.

Newsfeed
It would be great if there was a way for admin to communicate with the parents on a community level. If a reminder message was sent out and it appeared on the activity feeds of all of the children. It would also be great if teachers could send a message to their class parents that appear on the activity feeds of the children in their room

transfer to button
It would be great if instead of signing out a child that there was a 'transfer to' button that the teacher could select when signing a child out of their care, but into the care of someone else. For example, Bob is signed in to before school care at 8:15AM, at 8:30AM Bob leaves before school program and joins his class - the teacher clicks 'transfer to' and toggles down to his classroom - he is signed out of before care and signed into his classroom with ONE click!!!!!

Parents to sign in/ out for classroom support, volunteer hours, events.
Our parents are our teacher assistants. When on duty, we'd like them to sign in and out and have limited access to complete reports for injury and what not. We'd like to see an additional category for teacher aid, with limited access but need to be able to add the parents without having them access each other's child confidential information.

Add a feature that gives reason for form rejection
When a form is rejected for missing or incorrect information, it would be nice to be able to notify the parent of the specifics that need attention.

One Sign-In for Multiple Child Families (Link Siblings for Sign-In/Out)
We have quite a few families with multiple children. Is there anyway that they can select all of their children and just sign one time when picking up? For example, we have a family with three children and the parents have to go through all of the steps to sign out for each child and it is quite cumbersome. We have many families with multiple children and although it might not seem like a big deal, during their morning rush to get to work this does actually add a lot of stress and frustration for them.

Parents should be allowed to create an additional "permission to release" change with minimal involvement from Administration
This would allow parents to submit new names with appropriate numbers etc and add to that form without administration needing to go in to TC to make the change for them.

Calendar View for Lessons Given
I would like the same view in the planning sections such as the by day, week, child boxes views, but for lessons already given in that particular week rather than just lessons planned.

Print emergency contacts and authorized adults for all children in a class
I would like to be able to print an emergency contact list for a whole class so that the information is readily available to teachers without having to look it up on a computer.

Feature that indicates "double scheduling" a child
It would be nice to have a feature on the Lesson Plan page that somehow indicates when you have a certain child planned for multiple lessons in one day (for example, if you already have one lesson planned for a child on a given day and add them to another lesson for the same day, their name would turn another color. Maybe there are two colors: one for when they are in one other lesson, one for when they are in two or more other lessons on that same day).

Allow Parents to Submit Notes to Guide in www.transparentclassroom.com
Currently, parents can only leave notes during drop-off and pick-up. By enabling this functionality, parents can send notes during the day and Transparent Classroom can better become the single conduit for parent-guide communication.

Hide absent children from daily tracking screen.
This would make it easier to see the logistics of individualized schedules.

Nap check in
Instead of a start and stop on nap, I would much prefer a button that says weather they napped or not and then the option to input how long. I don’t carrry the iPad all day long nor do I want the kids to see me constantly on it, so when I sit and log it in, this way would be easier for me.

Viewing Concentration by time over the span of a few days.
For instance on average how does the classroom normalization look 30 minutes after drop off? How does it look before lunch?

Make a way to rotate photos with only one-click
Currently, I can only rotate a photo 90 degrees clockwise at a time. This process is so slow that sometimes I end up clicking "rotate' one time too many and have to start over again. Could you add some more choices for rotation, such as "180 degrees clockwise" and "180degrees counterclockwise" to make this process faster?

Hide Children in the Classroom Placement Screen
We have quite a few children that have left the school. We would like the option to hide them in the Classroom Placement screen so we don't have to scroll through so many names.

Batch printing of conference reports separated by child
I love that we can now batch print. It would be helpful if after one report finishes that the next report does not begin on the back of that page. Our previous system left a page in between. We batch print to file in individual student files as mandated by our Ministry of Education.
