Can there be a tracking feature added where a school/teacher can see dates that a parent accesses transparent classroom over the course of the school year. This can help us ensure that parents are staying informed on their child's progress.

Document Library
We are using TC for all forms, and love it. However, we would like to see a document library, accessible to parents, for forms such as extra curricular activities. Currently, we upload these forms to all parents, and they have to either sign up, or opt out. If they take no action, they receive reminders. If they could just access the documents in a library as needed, it would streamline the process.

Notification On/Off for each Form
Having a notification button for each form created. That way, it is easier to maintain the notification. For example, right now we need to keep notification on for one of the forms but don't need it for the temporary form that we sent out. SO, we would appreciate it if this idea can be considered.

Family List
Additionally to the student lists and groups, a list of families, allowing us to see at a glance how many family units we have and then browse and export their details.
I would appreciate the usefulness for planning parent outreach and gifts, school demographics, and more.

Prospective Family Funnel(starting from BEFORE application)
A funnel for prospective families is a must have for admissions purposes. There isn't a way to move a family along in the steps of a typical application process on TC to easily track it. It begins with an inquiry form to gather information from an initial phone call, then moving on to they attended a tour, completed an application, completed a parent meeting with me, and their child's visit was complete. Attendance Data for All Classrooms at Once
I would like to request that admin be able to see attendance information for all active classrooms at once. This would help with drop off and dismissal; we could see that a parent has signed their child out and get the kid ready to go. It would be even cooler to be able to get notifications on the attendance screen when a parent signs a child in or out (like how QManager does it)

Edit all parent settings together
I would like to request that settings be editable for all parents at once. We do not want any parent to be able to see presentations and notes about their children, but it is very tedious to go in and edit each parent's settings individually. It would be great if we could just disable seeing a child's notes and presentations for all parents with one click. This way we wouldn't worry that we are missing one and accidentally share confidential information that parents are not supposed to have.

Notifications for changes
Hello, Transparent Classroom Team. Is there a way to receive notifications each time a parent updates information in the student file on TC? Does this already exits and we just missed it, or is this something that can be developed? We're going to be launching parent access this coming school year (we've been using TC for 2 years now but only internally). Kindly let me know when you have the chance. Thank you. - Denise

Classroom Assistant User Accounts
We would really benefit from a "Classroom Assistant" designation for staff. Permissions could be restricted to seeing all kids' activity feed & announcements and entering attendance records.
Alternatively, I would appreciate the option to customize staff permissions.

Reporting absence by parent in distance drop-off procedure
Possibility to add an option in the distance drop-off procedure so that the parent can report the child's absence by herself/himself (maybe with the reason of absence), just as she/he can mark the presence by doing a drop-off.

Parent Signature on Conference Form
We would like to have a parent signature widget to add to the conference form template. This is something we always did with a paper form to have parents acknowledge the information was presented to them.

Photo Toggle for Individual Meeting Workplans
When using the "Meeting" feature to design an individual workplan for a student, I would like to be able to toggle on the photo of the material along with the title. This would help the student who is not yet a fluent reader to use the workplan independently. This would be beneficial not only to the young Lower El student, but also the third year Primary student who is being introduced to the workplan as part of their daily routine. Thank you!
