Allow parents to conduct covid screening from home and respond on the app, without having to sign their child in.

Automatic Form Disburse
Automatic Form dispense. A feature that allows us to create a form, and have it sent out to each family daily. With COVID, screening is VERY important, and we need a daily screening form. It's hard on someone to have to send this out everyday, early morning to be used by families. This would be a great addition to TC

Dailly Parent Communication Form
I'm wondering if it would be possible to create a "daily communication form" for parents to fill out for us each day that states what meals and bottles that they have packed for their child and the times that they would like them served. I'd also like to include a few questions such as: How did your child sleep last night? When did your child last eat? Anything else that you would like to share?
Ever since we went paperless due to Covid-19, we've had to use a separate application to get this information from parents. I would love it…

Exporting skills table data in an aggregated format
If you are planning on providing NCMPS templates to schools to address skill inventory, please provide a way to export data or provide reports so that the data can be viewed and analyzed in a aggregated format. It would also be great to be able to export data that is input into skills tables at the aggregate level.

Seeing other authors online for Conferene Reports
A way to see who else is logging into the Conference Reports like in Google Docs would be great. We have co-teachers and have noticed that information inputted has been lost in the past.

Streamlined Forms for Families with Multiple Enrolled Children
For families with multiple children enrolled in our school, it would be great to assign the 'family-specific' forms (like emergency contacts, for example), perhaps to Parents (instead of to the children) that would allow them to complete one form per family (instead of one for each child).

Add notes to concentration tracking
It would be great to be able to add notes to concentration tracking with a feature similar to activity e.g. #cylinderblockA or #notesinobservations and then be able to write what the child is doing at the time.

pictures on attendance for teachers too!
When doing parent sign in you can see the children's faces. It would be super helpful (especially for new teachers or specials teachers that are not as familiar with the students in the beginning) to have the pictures to the left of the name (still in a list format like it is now)

Curbside Contactless check-in/out using GPS
While we like the remote attendance feature we are finding that families are checking their student in/out when they are not on campus but still at home.
We have noticed that Procare is now offering a contactless check-in using GPS which prevents families from doing this. Is this something you are considering as well? Here is a link to their article - https://help.procareconnect.com/en/articles/4162923-curbside-contactless-gps-sign-in-out

Absent idea
Hi, is there a way to have children who are absent not be in the daily tracking? It’ makes it easier when they don’t show up and we are trying to fill it out.

Meal count
For taxes, facilities licensed as a child care must keep track of how many meals are served by the school/facility. A feature that showed how many of each meal and snack were served per month would be great.

A toggle switch that would allow the photo to be included with the lesson name on plans.
I would like to be able to add a photo to the Lesson name when printing a weekly lesson plan for one child. This would allow me to prepare a weekly workplan for Primary students who are not yet reading.

OFFICE staff and Attendance
It would be useful to have an "office" staff position that has the ability to do attendance but can not get specifically into any other features. The difficulty is with parents who are sometimes office staff that should not be able to see all children details. The other option is to have an "other" feature which allows you to turn ON or OFF different features.

Messages/announcement in app
I would like parents to be able to see messages or announcement in the app. For example I would like to able to post a reminder to sign up for conferences and have it show up for parents in the app

Daily Tracking Time Stamp
When on the daily tracking page, I think it would be INCREDIBLY helpful to allow teachers to set a time while recording the details of each event. Example: go to daily tracking, click on AM Snack, set time at top of page that AM snack was eaten (can set one time for all children or specific times for each child), record amount each child ate. This would be a much more efficient way of recording information after the time that the event has occurred. If teachers are unable to record the details at the exact time of the event,…
