  1. all photos of one area together

    it would be nice to be able to see all the pictures of one area at a time, like all the pictures of the Practical Life area, so its easier to do reports.

  2. pictures under text in announcements

    to be able to add a picture after text on announcement. I rarely use announcements because of that. I like to put a picture right after I wrote something. I would like to be able to do my newsletter in TC.

  4. Admin Only Form View. It seems that all the information is visible to the teachers. Can we make some forms visible to Admin only?

  5. Add "presented during last week" category in child boxes

    Child boxes could have two columns, one for recent presentations (activities presented during the previous week), and one for planned presentations. This way, the recent presentations can be encouraged as options for free choice by the guide/assistants, also the guide can observe to see if the child is repeating or not, and can reflect on the situation and make appropriate decisions.

    Be able to pull a list of children who have overdue vaccines and to also send notifications to parents automatically when a vaccine becomes available and overdue.

  8. Uploading documents/forms

    Hello.
    I would realy like to be able to upload forms, documents to the site as templates and so on. We would like to use our own teacher-parent report template or document - as an example. Is this something that is possible to achieve?

  9. Track teachers, admin, support staff, & volunteers (all adults in building)

    would love to be able to track teacher, volunteer, and other support staff "attendance" in TC as well, so that we have our entire building headcount in one place! When we run our drills, we're relying on memory for who should be in and isn't.

  10. Roster Changes

    Is there a way to have the attendance and information of a child follow them mid-year - this is particularly helpful when our YCC students transition to Children's House mid-year based on age/readiness. Right now, we just have a few students who live on two classes rosters, but it would be better if that information simply migrated to the new classroom.

  11. Daily attendance notes dashboard

    Daily dashboard that admins can view for all daily notes left by parents or staff via the drop off/attendance notes function.

    This way when it's dismissal time, admins can simply view notes dashboard to see playdate, pick up and other instructions.

    Have you considered creating the capability for collecting tuition through Transparent? Could you partner with another website to create that capability? How do other schools handle invoicing and tuition management?

  16. Printing Labels

    Would like ability to print labels (various Avery or Staples styles). This would be very helpful.
    We use labels for things that are sent home at dismissal, (classwork, papers, random objects students carry on them), We also use labels for cubbies and individual items such as pencil boxes.

  17. Weekly report updates

    The weekly reports, currently give a total number of activities for the particular classroom. Possibly to have a report only with what has actually been tagged and activities that have been recorded, rather than even just an upload but not tagged still get counted for in the weekly report.
