Emergency Alert
I think that Transparent Classroom needs an emergency alert function. Neither email nor the text feature reliably notifies parents in an emergency situation and it is unreasonable for staff to individually call 200 parents. It is also unreasonable for schools to use two completely separate systems for parent/teacher communications.

Privacy of Client Information
Privacy of Client Details - at present, parents are able to access other parents details through tagged photos. How can we prevent this from happening as the constitutes a breach of privacy as per the POPIA Act of South Africa. Kindly address as a matter of urgency. Thank you

API form status changes
add to API the ability to promote and demote the status of forms. I want to mass "accept" forms that have been submitted. and be able to demote to requested forms that do not meet criteria.

Adjustable column size on Progress & Plan page.
On Progress & Plan page, allow user to drag adjust the lesson column to allow the entire title to be visible.

Child Boxes show lessons from each area
On the child box lesson plan page, have lessons from each area of the room grouped/cored/categorized so that admin can see you’re planning for each area. So planned lessons in Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Geography/Culture is represented.

Automatically Tag Children's Names for Photos with Facial Recognition
Uploading photos of my students and tagging them for parents are extremely useful but can also be time consuming. Would you consider adopting some facial recognition technology? So that when teachers open each untagged photo, there is a button for automatic facial recognition and name tagging (and for @names only, not for #lessons). Teachers can also choose to tag them manually, but having that automatic feature would help tremendously.
I understand that cyber security would be a huge issue to consider here as technology from a third-party might need to be introduced to view and process the children's photos. Print Lesson Plan in Grid, Color-Coded by Subject
- Allow users to print the lesson planning "By Day" page in the format we see it on the screen (the table/grid way).
- If Suggestion 1 is implemented, give users the option to color code their lessons by subjects (e.g. Language lessons have a background color of red; math lessons green, etc.), so teachers can balance their weekly lesson planning easily at a glance of the colors.

AUTO SAVE FOR CONFERENCE REPORTS
PLEASE implement an auto save feature when doing conference reports. I can’t tell you how many times I have lost A LOT work because TC does not have this feature.
