Preferred Names for Children
An option for a child to be listed under their "preferred" name. Some children use their middle names, some use nicknames, etc. I would love to have a child's profile include their given name, but have their name appear as their preferred name.
Example: John Jacob Smith goes by his middle name. Instead of his name appearing as John Smith, have the option of using his "preferred" name of Jacob Smith, but still have his actual profile say John Jacob Smith. Does that make sense?

Signature box on distant drop-off option for all forms
I want to see a signature page like that is currently available for distance drop off on all forms as an option so that on certain forms where a physical signature is required that it can be completed. In other words when designing the form I have the option of choosing a physical signature box or the signature that is completed with a click of a button.

Short answer drop-off questions
I would like to customize my screening questions for drop-off and allow parents to fill out an answer rather than pass/fail. For example, when was the last time your infant was fed? When did they last sleep? When were they last changed? I also want to customize the distant drop-off questions per age group (my toddlers and primary do not need to answer those questions, but my infants are required by our licensing, etc.)

Entering meal amounts on previous days.
When childrens meal amounts were not entered on the previous day, to be able to go back to that day and enter what the children had so the parents can keep a record of their child's feeding.

Timetabling/Scheduling for Spaces and Teachers
Please consider introducing a timetabling/scheduling feature for resources (spaces and people) so that it is easy for administrators to see which spaces in a school are available at any given time, as well as which teachers are free when (this is particularly helpful if a teacher is absent, and it is necessary to move others around as part of the sub plan).

please set up delete button in the child box. Sometimes lesson plans change or when the child moves to different classroom, the teacher need to change the lesson plans for each child. Thanks!

Billing/Payroll
Have you guys considered adding accounting features such as billing and payroll? The student database is already here, so adding them would allow schools to consolidate software. All that money going to ProCare could go to you instead.

Flag data collecting
We are looking for a feature to identify/ make notes about children development, how they are doing academically, socially and emotionally. We call this flags, it help us identify children with learning difficulties with a reg flags, children showing some regression due to home situations that is impacting them academically ,social and emotional orange flags. Children that are meeting all academic, social and emotional criteria, green flags. This is a done on an excel spread sheet monthly graphing how the children are improved or where we see regression.

Add ability to query data
It would be fantastic to be able to query all of the data we have entered to find information quickly, or to report out on information already entered in TC, rather than keep separate lists or spreadsheets of data that cannot be accessed quickly once entered.
