All school directory
All school directory available for all parents listed by child's name and by classroom. Parents could opt in or out of the all school directory.

I would love to be able to add/edit fields that show up in the right sidebar of the student's main profile page.

file upload application
Add an "Upload" button to online application inputs, same as upload functionality in normal forms. This would allow parents to complete linked .PDF files as supplemental pieces of the application (recommendations, etc) and upload them directly to the application.

one pager summary of the child
Dear all, I have a question: we love the function of minutes and progress report and as well have set up a form "parent teacher meeting". what we are missing is a kind of "social" summary page we would love to have. when a new teacher comes, it would be great to have all information about the child on one page and not have the need to read through all parents- teacher meeting forms/reports and have 5 pages of meeting-minutes internally to read. Could you set this up for us? or give us the option to have a document uploaded…

On Forms enable "If This Then That" or "If this then Not That" options for questions on forms / surveys / applications.
On Forms enable "If This Then That" or "If this then Not That" options for questions on forms / surveys / applications. Example: So we could set up a form so that if a parent were to choose their child's age only the set age appropriate programs would show up in the next or any subsequent section (we the user could program these rules on the backend of course). This would be super helpful for schools like ours that span from Toddler - Adolescent programs.

Toddler Programs Time Period Class Placement for Half Days / Partial Schedule Programs
Toddler Program Application / Classroom Placement Addition for Half Day / Partial enrollment counts by time of Day.
With Toddler programs you tend to have adjusted schedule programs depending on what the particular toddler is ready for ie. 3 Day Programs or 2 Day programs or Half Day Programs 5 Days... It would be great if you could view classroom placement in these toddler programs by not only class but by time period for that class so you don't over enroll a time period like half day early / half day late classes.

Application fee required to submit
We would like the submit button to be after our screen to pay the application fee. We have families skipping the line and exiting out.

View announcements by a specific classroom
Hello,
We would love a way to select a particular classroom and only see that classroom’s newsletter.
It’s too much for admin to scroll through the home page to find them and an email search does not always come up for what we are looking for.

Report # of planned lessons for each child by area
Report planned # of planned lessons by area. Just as # of observations by area, but it would be useful to have the ability to check at a glance that the planning for each child per subject is balanced.

Program multiple box
Add a field linked to the children profile for Program (Early Care, Half Day, Full Day, After Care) best way I can think of is adding a multiple check box to allow any scenario we might face.

Weekly Activity Count
I would love diapering, toileting, feeding, snack, lunch, nap to be counted with activities for the children. Everything we do in our environment is an activity, evening daily stuff.

Assign Forms prior to a students first day
I'd love to be able to assign forms to a new student prior to their first day with us. Presently, to assign forms to a new student prior to their first day, I have to alter the record to create a false first day with us just so I can assign forms. I'd love if we could mark their first day as one thing but still assign them forms prior to their first day with us.
